First time buying online and so skeptical about making such a large purchase. I did the chat line and procrastinated for over a week, visiting the online site, calling on the phone, and even going to a local store (another distributor in my state). Called again and this time the guy who answered asked me what were my reservations or concerns. OK, #1) too many negative reviews. RESPONSE: Only people who are unhappy usually want to tell about it and its usually due to reasons beyond our control, like they ordered something that doesnt fit in their home or maybe delivery delayed by carrier due to scheduling, weather, or availability.
After that response, #2,3, or any others didnt matter.
RESULTS: Coleman was upfront about availability and estimated delivery dates. They called me with status and also to advise when manufacturer completed and shipped my bedroom set. Delivery was ahead of estimated time and while glove service was outstanding.
BEST part is I literally paid 50% less than my local distributor (saved on sales tax too).
Absolutely delighted with every aspect of this purchase. My husband said he felt like royalty when he saw it and was very pleased with white glove delivery. Coming from a 40 year experienced furniture mover, I have to agree with the Royalty rating and experience.
Delivery was unable to be expedited which was disappointing however this was explained to me prior to ordering which means I knew what I was in for. The delivery process itself was smooth.
I love the size of this sofa table. Really narrow which is all the space i needed to put some of the small dolls we purchased on our travels through Asia and have now beautifully displayed.

The Coleman shopping experience from start to finish was a breeze. I came to the site looking/hoping they had a certain table that was out-of-stock elsewhere. They did, and what's more, it's was significantly cheaper. The checkout process was quick and painless and, and the communication was always professional and timely. Would use again.
Couldnt believe how high-quality this product was, great packaging made for no damage. Easy to assemble (less than 10 min. Total). Friends at our party were amazed at the table, and couldnt believe how little we paid for it. Were already looking at dining room sets. I know the shipping can take a long time, thats because its furniture, LOL. This table took about a week, so not bad at all.
I waited months to receive my furniture, which was back ordered and I didnt realize it was back ordered until much later. I had white glove delivery so the guys brought it right inside and set it up how I liked it. And I got some credits so used that to buy a silver accent piece. Im very happy with my furniture so far, and I would probably order from them again.
First purchase with Coleman was great. Ordered an ottoman that was $100 cheaper than the next cheapest place. They contacted me numerous times via email and phone to give me status. It arrived sooner than expected via FedEx in perfect shape. No problems or drama. Would definitely shop here again.

I had researched a bed on many websites but chose Coleman. Their price was competitive, plus they had free delivery and set up, plus they gave me a free 5 year protection plan. We scrubbed the internet looking for the best price on the Ashford collection, and Coleman had the best price, and shipping time. Furniture is high quality, could last 20-30 years, very well made! This is the place to stop and buy if your looking!
The desk is bigger than I expected but I should have taken measurements. It isn't a huge difference to me as I'm only one who works in my home office and don't meet anyone here.
Just bought a desk and matching file cabinet from Hooker furniture through Coleman website. Came on time. Very attentive delivery process with full service. This is the second purchase and I've been very happy with both.
The sales rep suggested the larkinhurst to us at the store but online it was cheaper. Got the same exact item we saw and we have been very much pleased with it.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
