I've been looking locally for a matching file cabinet to compliment the Ashley Desk that I purchased 6-7 months ago. I could find it anywhere locally other than one site that offered the exact piece I wanted. By accident, I came across the Coleman site and while perusing the site, I saw the exact matching file cabinet that I wanted at a very fair price. It was ordered and arrived within days, boxed/crated very well and fully assembled. This purchase "made my day". Entire process was flawless and more than I expected. I probably will purchase furniture from Coleman's in the future.
I ordered the Bolanburg Sofa Table tomuse as a tv stand in my living room and it is great! The quality is great, it shipped in 1-2 days as stated on the website, and it went together so easily! I would definitely recommend this product.

This bed is rather ostentatious but I love its velvet and jewels. Fit for a queen such as myself. It's very sturdy and won't move across the floor when the king comes to visit.

We had a very bad experience with Coleman Furniture. We purchased a Damacio sofa set advertised as top grain leather seats. Soon after we purchased the set, when trying to gently wipe out a food spot with water, the cleaned area almost completely lost color. This happened several times on different areas of the seats. Then we got a large tear on the corner seam of the recliner chair. After about a year of using the sofa, we noticed discoloration and deterioration of the leather on all of the sofa seats. When we contacted Coleman, they stated that our one year warranty has expired and they cannot help us with this and stopped responding to our emails. We have previously owned a top grain leather sofa set and after over 20 years of daily usage the set was still in an excellent condition, no visible discoloration or deterioration. We have then done some research online and confirmed that top grain leather should last for decades. Our set has so much visible discoloration and damage that we can no longer use it after owning it for only over a year! We would never purchase another product from Coleman.
Love this store's selection, friendly customer service, and reliable, on-time, and professional delivery arrangements. I have bought a coffee table and a king size panel bed from this store, and I will definitely be back.

I was looking for this vanity on different sides. Read a lot of reviews. People saying that some stores are the scam, don't deliver the furniture on time, no customer service, ect... And I am glad that I bought it from Coleman Furniture. The customer service is GREAT! They responded on the phone an on line. The set was delivered within the time frame they said. I received Emails, Texts, Phone calls to follow up for delivery status. The most important that they open boxed and assemble the furniture in your house. So, if something comes damaged, you don't have to worry to send it back. They will take care of it. And the company provide free insurance for 5 years. So, I will definitely recommend this store to other people.
The vanity set is beautiful. The finish is more silver with a hint of champagne.

I have placed an order with CF and I somehow gave them my old address. I have just moved, it was night time when I ordered, so being so tired, I over looked the shipping address. I wrote them right away, I have called repeatedly, and the recording I keep getting is, you have reached us after hours. I have been calling ALL DAY long, and its the same recording. I will never order from these people again.

Despite reading some negative reviews, we had nothing but a great experience with Coleman Furniture. We ordered five hanging pendant lamps for our retail space and were immediately kept informed about the ordering and shipping process. On the day the lights were "ordered from company" they actually arrived at our home. We opened each box, inspected the glass pendants and found nothing but perfection. We are so excited to use these lights in our shop and know they will help set the tone we are hoping to achieve. The entire process was easy and, for us, wonderful.

They use false advertising and have terrible customer service. I ordered a reclining sectional I had found on Ashley's site the picture was of an electronic recliner they didn't have any other like it that said electronic and no where in the description did it specify one way or the other so I went off the picture and ended up with the manual recliner I didn't want. The customer service lady was so rude and said I had to return it that day and pay all kinds of fees to exchange it plus the price difference and basically told me it would say in the title if it was power recliner but then why doesn't it say manual recliner because they want you to make the mistake and don't care if your happy with your purchase. I should have stuck with Ashley's furniture don't buy with Coleman it's not worth it!
Was skeptical at first - especially reading through the reviews. But ordering was easy; received a call same day regarding shipping process and estimated time-frame; received within that time-frame and 3rd party shipping company was great with reasonable delivery times; even called same day to confirm deliver and ask if they could deliver earlier - our choice; quick set up and out; and wouldn't even drive on our newly poured driveway out of respect. I would order again for sure!
Once I placed the order, I received timely communication about the next steps of the process. My order was received 2 weeks sooner than the original estimated date. The gentlemen who delivered my furniture were courteous and professional. My items were very carefully packaged and in superb condition. I ordered an entire living room set and every piece is comfortable and stylish. I am more than pleased with how things turned out. I would do this all over again.
STAY AWAY and DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Coleman Furniture is the absolute worst company with the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Their Customer Service reps are rude, not helpful, and seriously try to put the fact that furniture they delivered with a defect is the consumer's fault, and therefore, the consumer's issue to have to deal with. I ordered several pieces of furniture for my office. The desk was scratched and the expensive chair DOES NOT GO UP or DOWN. It does not work, and William, the head of Customer Service, says that it is my fault. I brought up the fact that the chair would not go up and down when it was delivered, and I was told that "it works, but we just don't know how to work it" from the delivery folks (who were very nice). So, I trusted that to be true, since Coleman Furniture claims to check each piece of furniture before it is delivered. Now, they will not take responsibility and says that it is my issue. The chair was really expensive, and unless they lower my new desk to be 1 ft off the floor, I cannot use my chair at all with my desk (which is also scratched). Coleman Furniture officially earns the absolute WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE award ever. In this day and age of having options to purchase furniture, pay a little extra with a reputable company.
Shopping on the Coleman Furniture site is so easy and convenient. All the top names and great quality furniture.
In a nutshell, the communication and customer service from this company is horrible. My order was never confirmed, I had to waste precious time contacting them for details, their 3rd-party delivery company is rude, and I was hung up on by the Director of Communications. There are too many horrible details of this encounter to begin to type here. Beware of the 15% restocking fee you will be charged for returns/exchanges and cancellationseven if order is damaged, or it hasnt shipped yet. I had to finally cancel my order after going back and forth with Coleman and the delivery company for a month because deliveries to my area (Long Island, NY) are only made on certain days and times, both of which were impossible for me. If I had known at the time of ordering that deliveries were so limited, I would have never placed the order. I would suggest that you think twice about ordering from Coleman Furniture. Those discounted prices are not worth all of the wasted time and headaches you will endure. If you dont believe me, check out their BBB rating (C)I wish I had!

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
