I found a great Ashley Furniture Brioni Nuvella Sectional while at a local furniture store. I found it cheaper on Coleman Furniture... about $300 cheaper with free delivery and set up included. I loved the couch and wanted to save a bit of money so I decided to go with Coleman even though I have read mixed reviews on the company. I had NO issues with my purchase and the couch came sooner than I had expected. I am very pleased with my experience with this company over all and I will use them again in the future if I ever buy more furniture :)

BUYER BEWARE! Coleman furniture is nothing but an empty warehouse, everything is third partied out and they do not take responsibility for any issues. What you buy is not actually from Coleman's, they never touch it, just take their commision. If you love what you purchased, thank the manufacturer. If you have an issue, so sad, too bad. It's your mistake. Ours was a mistake costing thousands of dollars and took what should have been an amazing experience and trashed it. You get what you pay for and frankly I've had better experience buying at a yardsale or Craigslist. BTW, don't sign anything... you do not receive a bill of lading or any paperwork at all, not even the manufacturers "how to take care" label! After this, I'll buy local from someone who cares about their reputation and customer service.
I ordered a couch from Coleman Furniture and the process was very good. They kept me up to date with my order and the delivery went very smoothly. The couch that I ordered looked exactly like the photos and is comfortable.
I am very impressed with the sectional sofa I order from Colman Furniture. It is a perfect size for my family room as I wanted. The color is exactly matching what is on a display. The quality of cloth material and overall structure loos good and strong. The seats are very deep for comfortable seating.
I ordered the Kirwin Nuvella Sectional Sofa/Sleeper. The process was seamless; they informed me every step of the way about the status of my order. The delivery was also timely. The furniture is as described on the website; great quality fabric and looks durable. I will gladly order from Coleman Furniture again.

Here's the story... I found an amazing sectional in a brick and mortar store, was determined to find it cheaper elsewhere, found it online on several sites (inc. Coleman) and spent a few days reading reviews prior to buying. I opted to buy from Coleman after a lot of consideration and I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER with that decision. The company was incredibly responsive via phone and email, delivered two weeks EARLY and was cheaper than anyone else I could find. Simply wow. An awesome experience and very happy customer that will now be singing their praises to all I know.
I ordered furniture for my son as we're moving states a full six weeks before our move. Three weeks after we submitted our order we find out from Coleman Furniture that is on back order and will arrive 6 weeks after they had ensured delivery. This is unacceptable and putting me in a really bad spot. I just don't understand how it can take a company 3 weeks to figure out something is on backorder... if you're in no rush to get your furniture then go for it, they were quite nice but horrible service.
The bed that we bought from Coleman Furniture was even more beautiful than in the pictures. High quality furniture, delivered quickly, and great customer service!

Couch was delivered with no problems. Couch is sturdy and looks good. The cushions hang over the frame a little but really no big deal.

Totally amazed with overall experience. Furniture is great, the 2 guys that delivered it were great. It was raining my furniture was all covered up, they came in set it up and were gone. Furniture was delivered in less than the 4 weeks they said it would take.

I ordered a sideboard and it said 3 weeks and it got here in less than 2! Free shipping and installation and they have the best prices! Online chat is always there to help you too. The people who delivered my sideboard were in and out and very nice. Highly recommend!

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
