The sofa, made by Ashley Furniture, has good manufacturing, quality cloth, is very comfortable and Coleman Furniture pricing, including free shipping/delivery to place of your choice in your house was even more competitive than that of the manufacturer store and site.
The white glove delivery service by the Renegade Furniture Group's team (two very experienced and cordial employees, especially Joel) were most careful while positioning the very heavy power reclining sofa (Krismen) in our home.
We also purchased the 5 year GUARDIAN extended protection for the sofa which was reasonably priced.

We spent over $6,000 on a new bedroom suite. We placed our order on 4/22/18. A few weeks later our 7 pieces of furniture arrived (white glove service). One of the dressers was severely damaged on 5 surfaces, split wood, corner grinded off, hole in back, top split open! We were told by the delivery team that we would be contacted to have the piece picked up a new piece delivered. Well we were contacted but when they picked up the piece they said they were taking it back to the delivery company's shop to be repaired. This was unacceptable since we paid $930+tax for a new piece of furniture and they thought repairing this severely damaged piece was a fair replacement. Well that was 6 weeks ago, we have gotten no updates other than "we are attempting to contact the delivery company for an update on your piece". Meanwhile we do not have the piece of furniture, the "repaired" piece is not acceptable and we have requested a refund of the piece multiple times to no avail other than "we are working on getting an update". I have left multiple voicemails, none of which have been returned, just emails. I have never had to do this before, but I am filing a report with my credit card company and hoping we may at least get our money back.
I am extremely satisfied with the model I chose, after considering many different sets. The finish and design is vintage and can merely match with anything. The structure of the drawers is very sturdy, as well as the queen panel. Very satisfied.
I found Coleman to offer the lowest prices compared to other sites with shipping and delivery accounted. I appreciate the detailed emails with updates on the status of shipment. Product was just as advertise. The only problem was with the delivery courier. Although in the confirmation email. It says to please remember to inspect all furniture at the time of arrival. We incur extra costs to ensure that your order is properly packaged and handled with the best care possible. Damages are very rare, but in the event that they do occur, all damage must be noted on the Bill Of Lading, and customer must contact Coleman Furniture immediately. Inspect the package when it arrives. The delivery people know that they must wait until the package is completely inspected. Any damage not noted on the BOL will be the responsibility of the customer.
This didn't happen. Delivery guys refused to stay for me to inspect or make notes of the item delivered. So I felt that was unfair. But luckily the item was okay besides a couple scratches I am able to touch up myself.

Everything looks perfect in my bedroom! The delivery guys were a little lazy and wouldn't take my furniture up the stairs to my bedroom so they just left my things in my living room. I am a female and it would have been impossible for me to get everything up the stairs by myself. Thankfully, I had some guys that could come help. But other than that, I love my furniture!
The service was great and the price was way better than Ashley Furniture Store for the exact same items. However, the delivery took almost a month.
I had a great experience ordering from Coleman! Everything was easy and they kept constant emails informing me of the status! The delivery was easy as well and stayed true the ETA. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!
I ordered 2 nightstands. One arrives via UPS, the second is lost. I had to call Coleman 3 times to get someone to call me back. I finally get a return call from Coleman and the rep said he would call UPS. Next I get a call from UPS confirming they lost the nightstand and I needed to call back to Coleman and have them initiate a trace. How did I now become the middle man? I call 2 more times to Coleman and can never get someone live on the phone, they only communicate via email. I have now been waiting 2 weeks and still only 1 nightstand, and my last email was they would refund the cost of the 1 nightstand?! I NEED THE SECOND NIGHTSTAND... This is the worst company and the most disorganized staff ever. Do yourself a favor and go direct to Ashley, etc.
The actual piece arrived, after 3 months, and is OK but in the event you have any issues and need to work with customer service, I'd recommend just shopping elsewhere. I was given incorrect product information, in writing, from customer service and the rep I was communicating with did nothing to resolve the issue and was rude. All she did was respond to any questions I had by pasting excerpts from their policy guide, that generally didn't address the question(s) I asked and repeatedly said, "This needs to be resolved today". I was promptly responding to her emails but she refused to answer the simple questions I was asking which required quite a bit of back and forth. I asked her if I could file a formal complaint and her response was "There is no complaint to file." Her tactics worked at the end of the day, because I am now just stuck with an item that I was given incorrect information about. Of all the customer service experiences I have had, this has by far been the worse.
I ordered the Rhianna Silver Patina Bedroom set from xxx(bed and dresser). March 2018... Needless to say everything has been delivered except the bed. I decided to try Coleman furniture after i found they had the exact items. I ordered the 5 chest drawer and matching bed bench... happy to say I got the delivery much faster and the customer service was excellent. I know that this is a set in high demand but I was pleased to know that Coleman had what i needed in stock and shipped very fast. Thank you Coleman, I will be ordering again... I need night stands. I wish this set had an Armoire. That would make it complete. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase.
We ordered a set (sofa, loveseat, chair and ottoman) and the sheen and color is not the same on all of the pieces. We contacted Coleman and they noted repeatedly that they are manufactured separately. Then why offer as a set? That's no help at all. I guess you get what you pay for.
The bead is BEAUTIFUL!!! Ordering and the delivery process was soooo easy and Effortless!! I will definitely be ordering again really soon!!

I ordered my furniture for a great price on May 13. Even though the website listed and still does list the product as available to ship in 1 to 2 business days, I was emailed an expected shipping date of June the 12th. I wasn't happy, but no big deal. I have reached out to Coleman twice via email (no response) before finally calling today to be told that the new expected shipping date is now the 20th of June. They have never updated any information, contacted me, emailed me, etc. This is ridiculous. Nothing like having a table with no chairs to sit in. Spend more and buy somewhere else!
I shopped around for the Dimplex electric fireplace I ended up purchasing from Coleman Furniture, and found that Coleman not only had the best price, but there was an additional $25 coupon available, free delivery AND in-home set up, as well as a free protection plan at that time. We absolutely love our new fireplace, the delivery team was great and we will definitely buy from Coleman again!
I wouldn't even give this company one star if I didn't have to. I ordered a bedroom set from them. I was told it would take about 3-4 weeks to arrive. After waiting over 2 months for it to come in, the headboard was broken. They ended up still sending me the broken headboard as my temporary headboard until my new one would come in. The furniture was not as described or pictured like on the website. It was very cheap looking. It looked like someone hand painted the wood very messy. It was very small like child size, and had a bunch of knicks and dents in it, along with the shattered mirrored headboard. It wasn't even remotely close to what was described or pictured on the website. My mistake for ordering offline without seeing it I guess. I immediately sent it back with the delivery company upon delivery because I was so upset at what I received, especially after waiting so long and spending over $1000 on it. It was a hassle trying to get a refund from them. You would think they would have waived either the return or shipping fee after the 2 months or so that I waited for this to come in and for all the inconvienence they put me through. Instead, they took out $300 from my return for "return and shipping fees." The customer service was always extremely rude and the lady Lori who was assigned to my order never would return my calls or emails. She was of no help. I dont know how she even keeps her job because she didnt do anything for me as an account specialist. When I spoke to Ciara and Sheri to complain about my order and get a refund they were both also very rude and hung up on me. Very unprofessional all around. I will make sure that it is known and so that someone else does not go through the nightmare that I had to go through. Dont waste your time or money here! You will be very disappointed!

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
