When I ordered my sofa it was a six week wait.
The day before the delivery i was notified it was damaged in shipping. I was told they would expedite another one. I got it the next week. Not sure why the first one took six weeks.
My experience was just okay due to some confusion surrounding the table and Chair set...
So far, so good. Elegant looking furniture. Impressed with the white glove treatment as well.
On time, polite, and efficient that's all I have to say, they were great
The wedge was damaged somehow in shipping. They'll give me a measly $125 to get it fix. I want a new one and they wouldn't even call me to even sell me a new wedge. Wish I'd bought a sectional somewhere else.
Of course the last doorway was JUST a bit small, I had to make some modifications and as long as I was trying, the delivery team pitched in and was doing what they could [turning/flipping/etc] to squeeze it thru:)
Love our walnut mid century modern night stands. So many of our friends have commented on them and ask where we got them. Very happy with our purchase…fast delivery and beautiful quality. Would order from Coleman again!
Showed them where I wanted it and in less then an hour they were done.
Just liked the piece. Paid for installation and they caused damage inside the top cupboards while securing the top molding.
The dining set was beautiful and delivery and installation service was really good.
First, I sat on this couch at Ashley and it was the only one the hubby and I both liked. But at Ashley, this would've cost me twice as much as it cost at Coleman. The delivery was free, and they did an awesome job setting everything up. Loved the entire experience.
The couch is beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. It's huge but a great addition to my small apartment. I love that it's customizable and that I can switch out the pillows to match the scheme as well.
Furniture ordered in May has not arrived as promised. Mid June and excuses continue. Today was told it will not fit in truck. No compensation or resolution offered. Want to charge 16% restocking fee to cancel. Refuse to place supervisor on phone to resolve. They do not care about their customers at all

The delivery drivers were vey careful. The bookcases are even more beautiful than I could imagine. The quality of the furniture is a 110 out of 10! I could not be more happy.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
