I ordered two sofas to be delivered to our new home a few days after we moved in. They arrived on time and were as described. The delivery people were very good. They carried them downstairs and unpacked them with care. They then tested them to be sure they worked as described.

Found this exact item at a local furniture store for $200 more marked as a sale price. It arrived in 2 weeks in a well-packaged and protective box by UPS. The company kept me informed over the two weeks as to the status of my order. I was able to assemble alone in one hour with a screwdriver and what was provided in the box. I am very pleased with the quality of the product, ease of order, price value, and ease of assembly.
Found what I was looking for right away at Coleman Furniture. I ordered the Kettleby Brown Truck. Beautiful piece of furniture made of all wood. Lots of storage space and well made.
I placed an order for a bedroom set on 8/2/2019. The company sent me an update on 8/14/2019 that items were shipped out and I should be receiving them in 2-3 weeks. Had another similar update on 8/19/2019. Then received an email on 8/27/2019 that 3 out of 4 items were discontinued by the manufacturer. They gave me an option to buy only bed or cancel the whole order. The whole set is still available on another website but the price has gone up. They refused to pay me the difference. On the same day that I received the email, their salesman was still trying to sell me the same set when I chatted online.

Upon ordering, the manufacturer confirmed your order but then later informed us that some of the items were discontinued and unavailable to us and all other retailers.
