This is the epitome of what furniture service and delivery should be all about! Was skeptical to order from online especially furniture. But I went into an Ashley's and was able to find the same exact set for way cheaper and delivery! Will recommend and definitely be buying again.
Love my night stand. Great customer care and service at Coleman. Item arrived as pictured. Not happy with the carrier company the store used though. The delivery guys were wonderful- curteous, polite and careful once item was delivered. The carrier themselves, however, over booked the delivery. After giving me a date/time for me to be@ home, they called and said "sorry, we overbooked the sched- can u b home another day?" uuuggghhh! After a bit of fuss, it was delivered as originally arranged. Still, i would purchase from Coleman anytime.
Great quality piece! We got this to match the other bedside table and the dresser. The shipping and communication was timely and up-to-date from Coleman.
It has been 3 months since my order was placed worth over $4500. Every time I call them and they keep saying it will take another 6-7 weeks. I regret ordering from this company.
My wife and I saw a cabinet in a chain store. When we got home I search the internet and found it on Coleman furniture for about 45% less. It was on my front porch in about 2 weeks. Other than having to put it together, the whole experience was great. I will definitely look to Coleman for future purchases. Thanks.
Customer service won't help you in warranty claims. The 2 stars goes for quality furniture, but don't expect anything from the Coleman warranty if anything goes wrong. Try will look for ways to not offer you any warranty.
We are SUPER happy with our purchase from Coleman - we had been looking at a piece of furniture from a competitor and were thrilled to find it a bit cheaper here - and even more ecstatic to see that we could get it set up for a fraction of the price! The piece arrived in great condition, as expected by the description online.
This review is getting 4/5 stars because of the local delivery company that was contracted to deliver the piece - they called to confirm delivery window and I missed the call - so they left a message. I called the number they left in the message back to say that window was NOT a good window and we would need to reschedule. They did not return my call, and showed up EARLIER than the window. Luckily my husband hadn't left the house yet, so they were able to deliver and set up - but their communication was poor about it. I'm not sure how much say Coleman themselves has in the delivery process.
I would order again, but just slightly hesitant to have to deal with the delivery company.
Had the best price for our light. Was kept informed of package arrival. Light came in great condition.
Very happy with the nantahala sectional I ordered from coleman furniture. Received it a week earlier than expected and with the white glove service it was delivered, set up and all boxes removed in under 30 minutes. Thanks again for the quality service.
It was awful could not get the app. To work right and then you have an option to get financing which was ridiculous could not even stand to wait for an half an hour an still did not give me an answer lucky I liked the cabinet or would have left your whole site awful!

It has been 6 weeks since my order was placed. Twice I've received calls stating the dresser was damaged during shipping. The delivery center has the bed and side tables ready for delivery but Coleman refuses to authorize them to deliver. The delivery company did state that Coleman just has to authorize a split delivery which she also states they HAVE done in the past. Coleman also refuses to refund without charging a restocking fee. Waiting on supervisor/manager to return call.
I am in love with my couch! It took about four weeks to get here and it was worth the wait. The color is perfect and it fits so nicely in my living room. It's also very comfortable. The men that delivered it were friendly and efficient. I'll definitely be purchasing furniture from here again!
The company was very good at keeping me up to date on arrival time. The ordering process was very easy. I researched prices and there's was the least expensive on Google searches.
The entertainment center we ordered is good quality and reasonable priced. The best part of the experience is the delivery and set-up of the furniture. That is a service that usually requires an additional fee. Will use them again in my furniture needs.
We were looking for a quality bed for my son and after comparing similar products between Coleman and wayfair, the price for the same bed was substantially lower thru Coleman. The order was placed and recieved in 6 days and no damage was noted. The quality of the bed was terrific. The fact that the bed arrived a week earlier than projected was a bonus. It even arrived a day before the bedding from wayfair was delivered. With all of this said, I did notice a few negative complaints in the review section but so many factors can come into play when an order is placed with any online supplier. I figured that Coleman has been in business for this long for a reason and to give them a shot. They did not disappoint to say the least. We had a very great experience and will shop from them again.
The items was everything I was looking for and more I had looked at the same items in the store the prices was way too much! Colman was just the right color and price and came in no time at all.

I ordered a buffet table and was told that it would take one month. The day before delivery I was emailed from the warehouse stating my delivery time. Day of delivery I waited all Day! I called the warehouse and they stated that someone from Coleman was suppose to call me to inform me that my item had been damaged. Well guess what... no one from Coleman called me! Once I called Coleman thry stated they were unable to tell me when my item was going to be shipped. Unable to tell me when I would receive the buffet table that I already paid for. Unable to tell me anything except... we are working on it. I stated I would just cancel the order as I am getting no information and proper time frame. Now I am being told I will be charged a restocking me, my question is a restocking fee for what furniture? The damaged one? How can I be charged a fee for a piece of furniture that was damaged by another party? I am getting no answers and I regret ordering from this company

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together

As per the warranty process, Coleman Furniture advocates on your behalf to the manufacturer for a warranty resolution, however, we cannot change the outcome. The manufacturer, Ashley Furniture, assessed that the items included with your living room set is already beyond the warranty period, thereby no longer allowing us to file a warranty claim.
