Appreciate convenience and efficient processing
I was referred to Coleman's and found that it really was the best deal around. The delivery process was a little longer than what I had anticipated, but Coleman's does a good job of letting you know that up front and staying in touch when your order is being processed. The Bristan set looks so good with my dark wood floors and I love that there is a matching recliner option. My boyfriend is 6'5'' and fits on the sofa with the ottoman comfortably. The movers did a great job of bringing everything in, unwrapping, and setting up my furniture.

Add weight almost 4 weeks to get my dresser after they said there was a Defect in it then I got it and it was cracked and they refused to take It back they want to give me $75 you get a fixed. But they claim on their website that they want their klupssel customers to be 100% satisfied! Worst place I've ever had to deal with when they drop off your furniture their employees don't even put anything over their shoes and track mud all over your carpeting they slam the furniture down and don't care if they break it! I would never order from this company!
I recently purchased a leather sofa and rocker/recliner for my mother from Coleman Furniture. The communication was exceptional. I was informed every step of the way... from ordering to delivery and set-up. The furniture is beautiful, of high quality, and in perfect condition. I highly recommend this wonderful company!
Ordered a couch and chaise on July 9. Was delivered on Aug. 28th with damage on 6 areas. Delivery team took pictures, sent them to customer care and customer care offered to replace the damaged pieces. I was under the impression I ordered and paid for new furniture and i expected to receive new furniture. Today, Oct. 1st, they delivered the pieces that were clearly repaired and repaired poorly. Once again, I refused to accept damaged furniture, delivery team took pictures and sent to customer care, customer care offered a $100 discount. I stated again, I ordered what I believed to be new furniture and I expected new furniture, not poorly repaired furniture. They asked me to give them a chance to make it right, and they would send new furniture but it would take another 6-8 weeks. I told them to cancel my order and refund my money. Customer care stated there would be a 15% re-stocking fee. My TWO DAYS of unpaid time off to wait for crappy furniture is monetarily more than the 15% restocking fee. I'll run them out of business before I'll give them a dime. Save yourself the headache- Do not do business with Coleman Furniture; a Renegade Furniture Company renegadefurniture.com - the name describes them perfectly.

Very nice style and quality products, with fast delivery and full assembly services, all at a bargain price! We bought these items for our mother who is 98 years old. Very comfortable mattress, too, although 12" mattress makes the bed rather high. Luckily our mother climbs on the bed using a stool with no problem!
We found this piece $100 less than on a competitors site. Shipping was just as fast. Our item did arrive with some paint chipped on the corner but nothing a little touch up paint won't fix
I got a mattress from Coleman Furniture. It's an Ashley Homestore mattress and I got it for cheaper than anywhere else, including Amazon. This is a great competitor to the bigger name brands in the furniture world.
Coleman furniture had the exact same pieces of furniture I viewed at one of the larger furniture outlets. The price at Coleman was all inclusive while the store wanted additional for delivery. I placed the order on Coleman and was given regular updates on the progress of the order. Delivery was well managed and coordinated to ensure that delivery was made at a convenient date and time. Even though the delivery took over 4 weeks, everything occurred per plan and the furniture was setup in good condition at my home without any hassles. I would recommend Coleman furniture to all furniture shoppers both in terms of price and service.
These chairs are easy to assemble, as well as comfortable. They are affordable and look great too! I ordered 6 when I originally got the matching table and just got 4 more!

My shopping with Coleman was very long because their was so many item to choose from took me a month or so to choose.
The sectional couch I ordered cost a considerable amount more on another website so I was very happy with the cost and the savings. The delivery team was on time and very friendly, fast and efficient. I will definitely recommend Coleman to family and friends and I will be ordering again soon!

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
