This entertainment center is very high quality and beautiful. It is so well made and the finishes are great. I love it and it fits perfectly on the wall space we have available. I love that it is also adjustable in case we move it. The installers were professional and did a great job in making it fit exactly as we wanted it to. I can't say enough about this unit. I looked for a very long time before I chose this one and it was absolutely the right decision. I would highly recommend this unit and Coleman furniture. They kept in touch about shipment, delivery and installation. I have received so many compliments on this piece. You can see from the picture that I am still decorating it, but I love how it is coming out.
Upon order, my new sofa was delivered in about 3 weeks. No issues with delivery and everything was very easy.
Ordered a dining room table set. Was delivered very quickly-I believe within 3 weeks of originally placing the order. No damages, all parts were included.
Loved my purchase. Sectional is exactly as pictured and very comfortable.

Only negative was customer service on the phone. Put on hold twice and a then on to a another customer service - one call was forwarded by an agent over seas to answer my questions.

Im very big on customer service because I've personally experienced the worst of the worst & its not a great feeling. So I feel compelled to acknowledge what a great experience I had with my purchase from Coleman Furniture. Firstly, I received a veryyy generous & professional phone call when my order was ready to ship 2; weeks earlier than expected! And then the delivery men were quick, professional, set up my furniture &cleaned everything up perfectly before leaving. Both were EXTREMELY professional I couldnt have been more pleased.
And my furniture looks & feels GREAT!
Both side towers have flaws and I tried to contact Coleman Furniture by phone and texting online. Supposedly I am to send them a picture but the email doesn't work. Also, when I bought the furniture I paid $3,499. It took a month to get the furniture and in the meantime, it went on sale for $2,499! Although I received it today and it is still on sale, I cannot get a credit of $1,000! If I have them return the furniture, I have to pay shipping and a 15% restock fee! What a crooked company! I will not stop fighting for this!
Easy to order. The communicated every step of the table's journey from the manufacturer to my front door. Easy as pie to put together. Totally recommend!
I ordered the bedroom set and 10 days later still no idea on when and if it will be made. Waited numerous times on the phone for 45 plus minutes and could never get a response. Be very wary of buying anything from Coleman Furniture.

Very competitively priced and they provide free delivery and setup. It was a good experience dealing with the process and we are very happy with our purchase. Couch is very comfortable and of good quality. The only complaint is the time it took to get the delivery.
Our girls are so excited to have their big girl bunk beds! The bed we purchased is excellent quality and we loved the delivery crew that assembled it in the room for us. We will definitely purchase from Coleman Furniture again!
The shopping experience overall was excellent from ordering to delivery. The price was very competitive and included white glove service and warranty which meant a lot to me. I'm always nervous about ordering furniture online, but this cherry blossom chest is a very fine piece. The front is really lovely and the wood on both sides has a very nice grain. Overall, extremely happy with my purchase!
The process was very easy, I found what I wanted, ordered it for much less than any competitor around and it was brought right into my living room. I had to wait a little longer than expected, but that was due to the manufacturing folks, not Coleman. Highly recommended.

I ordered a sectional with my debit card. So excited right. Wrong. They sent me an email that my order was cancelled. Due to none in inventory. But I checked my bank and thd charges were still there. So I called and they wouldn't release the charges. They said it was my bank? What. No it is a problem with not knowing your own inventory. The money was returned but customer service was lousy.

Thanks for reaching out! Upon placing an order, a temporary authorization hold is placed on your card and automatically falls off after a couple of days. Our customers are generally charged once the order ships from the manufacturer. As your order has been cancelled, your card wasn't yet charged and the pending charge should fall off any day now - depending on your bank's processing time.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together

Thanks for detailing your feedback! Coleman furniture is committed to resolving any delivery damages which were noted on the proof of delivery. In order to do so, pictures are needed in order to identify the best route for resolving the concern.
Additionally, all sale prices are subject to the prices we receive from the manufacturer at the time of shipment. In the event prices drop, Coleman Furniture can match it any time before the order ships from the manufacturer. Once shipped, the manufacturer won't retroactively honor sales for previous purchases.
