I purchased a planter I have been wanting for over a year. Most places where sold out but Coleman had it in stock and shipped it right away. The price was the best as well. The planter was a little smaller than I expected (I ordered the large) but I still love it. You will need to drill a hole in it which was easy to do.

Easy of purchasing and financing. The delivery was a nightmare. Deliveright left my furniture in the rain, they didn't help me take the sofa set into my home. I understand it's because of the virus pandemic. But seriously there's no excuse for leaving my brand new furniture outside, unattended in the rain.

I was pleasantly surprised with the great selection and price of Coleman. The couch that I was looking for was significantly cheaper on Coleman than their competitors. Only thing is after I bought the couch I was then told they were out of stock and had to wait 6 weeks to get it delivered :(

Coleman's sold this for $100. Less than a well-known chain with no postage fee. Arrived perfect in less than a week!

Horrible experience delivery takes more than 5 weeks and then they call and say sorry your part didn't pass inspection and will order replacement. Something wrong with them.

Very satisfied, delivery and set-up was very professional and very fast could not be happier. Also a very substantial savings compared to Ashley furniture store. Exact same furniture

Customer service and communication was great from before I purchased my product until delivery. Staff was very helpful and the order updates through the process were a plus.

I was looking for a certain style of loft bed. I found something close but not exactly what I wanted. I will be purchasing it soon. For now I found what I hope is a good mattress for a great price.

Saved money, order came on time. Very pleased and have placed multiple orders. Each time I felt I got the best deal for my money.

I searched for days online for smaller leather recliners that would be pretty and comfortable and would blend with colors in a Kilim rug. I finally found them at Coleman's. They are called "Butterscotch" but I think Cafe Au Lait would be a better descriptor. They are beautiful and comfy. The experience was excellent all the way through including white glove set up in my LR. Thanks to Coleman for providing the perfect chairs.

This furniture purchase was a wonderful experience! The website was easy to navigate. The prices were very reasonable. The time that we waited for the delivery of the furniture was not long at all. We were informed by phone and email through the whole process. And the delivery men were very professional.

We ordered a desk and were very anxious to get it as we started working from home. The price was great but they did not update their delivery or tracking, time went by and we were contemplating cancelling and ordering from elsewhere. But ultimately the item just showed up. Loved the quality and ease of install.

I'll chalk up the issue with tracking to covid. Because they didn't charge us either until after the item arrived
