I searched across nearly 70 different retailers to find the perfect pieces for my client. Then I came across Coleman Furniture. Coleman Furniture offered me the absolute best price - even compared to other retailers that carry similar items- and on top of it, the customer service was amazing. Shipping was quite fast and the bed arrived sooner than any other pieces we ordered from other retailers. Overall, this was simply the perfect choice and checked the boxes in every category that was important to both my client and myself!

The furniture and the quality is excellent! Overall satisfied but delivery was not as satisfactory. Couldnt get sofa in house left in yard covered. I got off work and called my two boys to come help before it began raining. Well we got the sofa in. With a little more determination the delivery guys could of gotten it in with no damage.
I ordered a concrete bookcase. I had no issues finding what I needed. After I placed my order, someone reached out to make sure I didn't need anything else, etc. I will definitely be shopping on their site again. My bookcase came packaged well and on time.
Purchased wall unit that was cracked inside, so no, I did not see it on delivery. The glass was scratched and after 3 weeks the finish is peeling. Customer service awful. 6 months to replace a drawer and stood firmly on a signed delivery sheet.
Ordered this sectional for the living room and we love it! The cushions are so cozy and the color is perfect. The delivery was quick and the delivery team came prepared with shoe covers, gloves, and masks. They set everything up for us and took away all trash. Great piece of furniture for an awesome price. Our dog has seriously been enjoying the extra space too!
It was easy and fast
I bought a coffee table that weighed 150 pounds, which was large but also possible to fir into my apartment. What was delivered was a 300 pound monstrosity that they delivery people would not unwrap so that it could fit into my apartment. I did not accept and now they want to charge me a delivery fee. AND it took them a week to even get back to me after waiting on the line for up to 45 minutes 3 different times.
Order was delivered much faster than anticipate. Delivery guys were super nice and efficient. In and out in five minutes. And I love the piece that I bought - looks fabulous in my living room.

Quick and detailed
T'he end tables/file cabinets match my hi/lo coffee table. They look great in my family room and do not look like file cabinets, They arrived well packaged with nary a scratch. Good service as well. Further the price was reasonable. It was a lucky find as I had bought the coffee table a few years ago! Thank you.
WE had searched all over for office furniture that was adequate enough to occupy our 'refurbished offices.' Something 'nice' and not the standard offers of office supply chains.
We found it at Coleman Furniture! Plus, their Customer Service was excellent as well as their delivery and setup!

I ordered dining room chairs in white to match a new table. The website offered free assembly upon delivery, that's why I thought I paid premium price. The chairs arrived in 2 big boxes, no assembly. We took hours out of our weekend to assemble all the chairs. Further, they were creme, not white. The return policy said what you see on the website is not necessarily what you get. Further, the chairs are wobbly/one leg on each seems to be a bit longer, but seem to be otherwise nice and well built. I like the furniture but their customer service needs help.
