I am officially sketched out. Every was going smoothly, I was enjoying Coinbase... and then my account access was suddenly revoked within five minutes of logging out and logging back in. It had something to do with my "location", I use VPN from time to time... but still... I am fully 100% verified. And it has been longer than 4-5 business days. I even reverified myself via the "secure link" they send you... included EXTRA information/documentation proving I am an American citizen on American soil. They still wont tell me what they are doing with my information OR why the heck it is taking them so long when I am OBVIOUSLY following the rules. Unbelievable. I DM'e "Justin from Coinbase", per his request, and I was met with "We'll take a look..."
What does that even mean? I have attempted to contact them on every social media platform available. You all have my information. What are you doing with it? I have a security clearance, and in the process of getting that I was regularly updated. Why can't this happen with Coinbase? They just leave you in the fog, lost, and wondering if you are ever going to get access.
I am not in a prohibited region, I do not engage in any criminal activity. I believe I am being treated like a criminal, and for no good reason. It's been over seven business days, and this has got to be the EASIEST case for them. I cannot imagine what the delay is... and they won't tell me.
This makes me appreciate my bank's and credit card customer service even more.
If Coinbase chooses to respond (I won't hold my breath), only do so if you have answers. If you are going to give me another generic templated answer. Keep it.
There is a lot to like about Coinbase. Response time to resolve issues is quicker, but they are just spinning everyone's wheels. Coinbase response to customers is just more questions or solutions that don't apply. How many times do I need to explain something to be understood? I suggested they should never send a bot to do a human's job. I should have had answeres two weeks ago. I'll play along until there is a better platform.
My name is Brian. I have used coinbase for 2years now. After making 3 simple transactions they disable my 2factor codes text from reaching my phone *******501. If nobody contacts me from there i promise to endanger their name. Thank you guys. Now am locked out of my Account.
I purchased $50 in bit coin and then my account was hacked. I notified coinbase immediately and followed all of the instructions that they sent me to do, including changing my password. I notified them that everything was completed. I can not get into my account it is temporarily blocked. I have asked them to permanently cancel my account and to return any funds left in my account. That was over 2 months ago. They had initially stated that it takes 4 to 7 days to handle. I have written multiple emails to them about closing this account and no one is writing me back. Two months is way over 4 to 7 days. My last email from them stated that they were handing the case over to a specialist which is the same thing that I was told in April. Still no one has been in contact with me. They will take your money willingly, but won't give it back. I think they are just hoping that my account goes down to $0.00. Of course I can't check it since it is still temporarily closed. If you are smart stay away from them.
Coinbase has canceled my account and reuses to release my holdings for transfer to an offsite wallet as they are required according to the User Agreement. This situation has been ongoing for well over 3 weeks. Multiple emails with no resolution in sight. Now referred to a "specialist" with a time frame of 5-7 days and possibly longer. This company seems to be composed of crooks.
Coinbase will not allow me to transfer my Bitcoin into my wallet. I have tried for a couple days to communicate with the company but have enjoyed no success. Customer support for this company is non-existent, and as I write this I have no idea if I will ever see the Bitcoin I supposedly bought through coinbase.
I have not had any issues with Coinbase at all. I have been able to use all the services provided deposit, withdraw, convert, send and receive cryptocurrencies. It is a great platform if others were more readily available in the US lik bybit i would probably use them but this is fine for now!
These guys are crooks, only still operating because the Law on the books hasn't caught up with the practices of Coinbase.
0 support. No email, phone, or chat support. You can email 'support' but only get automated responses referring you to their FAQs. If money has disappeared, never refunded, or has been placed on hold, there's nothing you can do about it.
Every transaction is met with additional verification and often a 72 hour hold. Even if signing in from the same pc/phone you have to re verify every time. If you want to send any currency, Coinbase freezes that transaction for a 72 hour period.
I'm not really sure how long Coinbase has been operating this way, I have to imagine, given the LARGE number of similar complaints, it's been a year or less. And if they keep up this trend they will no longer be in business. Too many folks talking about other platforms now.
Horrible Service, I opened account almost 2 weeks before, Everything I did whatever required, All Veryfications are done and approved, but still I can't transfer/Wire money from my bank, shows verified bank, Identity everything and I can buy only 5$ in a week by debit cards and charging me 1$ fee and 4$ Crypto. Which is 25% fees, I don't think so I am that stupid.
When it came to depositing, it was simple. When i went to withdraw i had to jump through hoops and still never got my money out. They said "case closed", They are thieves.
I am willing to share my experience and enlighten people on how i recovered my money with the help of an a professional group. They provide recovery services in binary options, forex, cryptocurrencies, international financial fraud and more. They also engage in account management and other trading activities like Bitcoin investment and exchange. They recovered $******* for me recently and i am so grateful for this. Using the most advanced investigative techniques, this group has also recovered millions of dollars for victims of fraud. You can contact me on *******@gmail.com so i can introduce you to them if you are also a victim and looking to recover your Money
Coinbase add and pilot oxt coin price for scam people... Me change wallet bye fking scammer dieeeeee
Lots of people rate this site. My experience was very dispiriting. I entered two credit cards each with generous allowances on and they were both rejected when trying to make a purchase. I could not get my bank account verified as the page with details about making a £2 deposit refreshed and there was no way to start again. Dont think there is real "contact us" service - its just a set of pull down menu items of the things they imagine will go wrong and then you are sent to pages which you have already read
When I tried to stop these automatic exchanges, they just locked up my account and now have me jumping thru all kinds of hoops to try and re-activate it. I've tried it half a dozen times without success. It seems impossible to talk to a human by phone at Coinbase support. I don't think they are crooked (I hope not) but they are sure out of their depth when it comes to customer support
Noticed my scheduled automatic weekly purchases were being delayed until the price of bitcoin went up, sometimes 2 to 3 days. If the price was high, then purchases would go through a day to 2 days early. Customer service is non existent. Thiis site needs shut down.
If you are new to crypto currency and want to learn how it works coinbase, com is a great place to start. It is a very simple and easy to use platform for buying, converting and transferring some crypto currencies. I personally never had a problem using coinbase but I have heard of people saying they did. Too me it's one of the more trustworthy platforms.
It might not be as secure as I would like which is why I really don't use it a lot anymore but it does work and is really easy. I will sometimes still buy on there and then transfer to another wallet that allows a hardware wallet to be used.
At first I was a a big fan of coinbase and invested over 20k and things we're going greats but then I had One, yes one, transaction that did not go thru because a company wrote me a check that bounced and the transaction was cancelled. I did not benefit at all and after being a great customer and spending thousands of dollars, my account was locked and I can't use my coinbase anymore. Coinbase requires you to speak to a " Specialist " but those people are anything but special or intelligent. They do Not allow you to speak with them on the phone directly, really coinbase.? They take up to 7 days to send you a generic reply, you can NOT reply back to them and then they automatically close your case. Wow that is pathetic Brian.! Coinbase does Not care about customer service or its customer base. I even reached out to their CEO on LinkedIn and he did not care enough to get back to me. Coinbase doesn't care about anything except collecting their fees.
Have you gotten your bitcoins stolen from your wallet or invested in an ICO that turned out to be a scam, you are not alone because this happened to me too. I initially lost $544,000 in just three months from Cryptoallday and a couple of others. I contacted the authorities and they referred me to 'recoveryknight. Com' who helped me recover all my funds within 2 days. I'm speaking up to improve awareness of these cryptocurrency thieves and help as much as i can to reduce victims to the bearest minimum. You can also contact them through SKYPE live:. Cid. 821bb*******f*******
I invested in Coinbase a few years ago when the price was under $1000. I decided to cash out a few weeks back, but I cannot access my account, and their customer service cannot explain to me how to access my account? Moreover, they won't let me speak with a real person to help me understand how to access my account. I'm losing money, but they don't seem to care?
Last year I called Coinbase and spoke to a nice lady. Being a computer Luddite, I could not figure out how to purchase Bitcoin online, and it was around $3500 at the time. She said send a check for a minimum of $5000, and they would purchase the Bitcoin for me. On Sept 26th I sent a Cashiers' check for $9500 and got a signed USPS receipt for the envelope, so I know they did receive it. Bitcoin was around $6000 by then. After a few days I tried to call and only got a phone tree. Left a message but no response. I then tried to open a case, told them the above, and they responded saying they had to research it. They then closed the case without responding to me. I did the same thing one more time, with the same results, they never responded that they ever found my check. By Christmastime, I gave up and got the bank to put a stop payment on the check, which was quite a process in itself. They never deposited it or credited my account, and by then Bitcoin was over $9000. I strongly suggest you do not deal with these people.

Answer: You can get your crypto back from coinbase if you having problem accessing your account A military friend that introduced me to the dark web as my best bet at finding agencies [Kryptorecovery gmail com] whose sole purpose was to recover stolen financial assets from scammers I sought the services of Kryptorecovery PHOENIX SOULS Search on search engines like BING, DuckDuckGo, Yahoo In 48 hours I had my initial investment and generated profits all together in my wallet.
Answer: The thing is people generally only write a review if they got cheated. And thus from all the reviews (not just this site) you can tell that they screwed over a lot of people (including me). Let's say that 95% of people have a good experience with the site, what about the remaining 5%. If a company is not loyal to all its customers then that company should not exist, especially a company dealing with money. My advice is, stay away from them. Use localbitcoins to trade and bitgo to store, way better and more secure.
Answer: That's how mine take long and they scam me but with the help of assets revivelive they help me recover my money They trustworthy, contact them they will help you
