Bad customer service slow responses which don't actually make sense since they just slowing things down with emails that ask you the same thing

Coinbase has gone from bad to worse. You can't open a proper support case, there's no phone contact, and the only way to reach them is through chat—which offers little help. My account has been restricted for the past two years without any resolution. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, I'm met with the same generic responses and no progress. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I wouldn't recommend Coinbase to anyone looking for reliable customer service

When my wallet was compromised, they did little to help me recover the money that was in there. It took long to even get a customer representative that listened to me. Only Dctline [com] was able to resolve my case.
