Filed a claim for reversal of a charge on 8.30. Today it is 11.28. I am on the phone with coinbase right now, but have a feeling this call is going to go nowhere. The merchant which the original purchase was placed said they were ok with reversal and would wait for coinbase to reverse charge. This entire time of waiting is due to coinbase. Terrible service.

Just watch every time you trade to another Crypto your balance will have funds mysteriously disappear! So the more you trade the more you mysteriously lose money! Also, on the rare occurrence one of your Cryptos spike for a brief moment, they throttle it so you never get the amount you should if you try and sell at that split second. They also cancel a transaction when you try and sell your Crypto during a spike losing thousands of dollars. When you call tech support and ask why the sale for a profit was canceled, they give you a flimsy technical jargon response. Funny how my transactions are never cancelled when I have a loss...only when I am looking at a profit to sell during a spike. Run! Just run, or Coinbase will suck you dry leaving you penniless!

Coinbase should go to hell, they are the tool for the scammer to drain out their user access, and they have zero customer protection. When I file a scam report they just close my account for no reason. Crooked company.

Very bad experience here with me, 3 months with no payment, support is the worst ever no reply no response. I was so frustrated and fed up so i got in touch with max.neil.li.lung s-ear - ch. I explain how i lost my money on here and investigating took place, i was ask to pay service which i did quickly so he can start working and help get back my funds.
Within a week complaining to this firm they resolved all my problem and help me get back my funds, i'm very grateful

My coin base account was hacked and all the funds were transferred to another account on the blockchain. I locked my account and contacted Coin Base. They could see the exact time of the transaction and the funds went but did little or nothing to help me. The consumer security protections have serious flaws I never even got a notice of this transaction until after the fact. DO NOT use these people to hold or transfer your Crypto.

It's been over 6 months that my Coinbase account was hacked and $230k in Crypto currencies were stolen. Coinbase's response: an email apologizing for their customer service!
I've contacted an attorney and I HOPE AND PRAY Coinbase will do the right thing and recognize their responsibility to secure their customer's accounts. In the meantime, I am waiting anxiously for my account to be made whole!

I feel Coinbase is actually alright. I have used it now for over 2 years. The experience has been OK. I would not say it is the best, but it is also not the worst. I think the major issue they have is responsive customer service. They must sort out as this industry is finance and there is no room for error as you cannot be messing with people's money. So sort your stuff out coinbase! I am happy about the coinsupport-io initiative though, it is really helping a lot of coinbase customers sort their issues out promptly.

Talk about 9 days to confirm your deposit from your bank. When in fact they withdrew it from your bank in the second day. Made some money on Bitcoin and I switched it to another coin and literally they took the little earnings I got for "fees" this is not the place to invest your coins. Stay away!

Terrible support. My account was breached (I think -- I cannot access it) weeks ago and I've been dancing around with horrible support people via email (can't reach them by phone and their chat is a rudimentary bot) who keep asking me to do things that I keep telling them don't work. Not sure they're human, seem like badly-programmed bots. If not the report to the recovery company online, my withdrawal will be pending till date. I'd not have taken my capital out without the process Chaîn Vault Tech the police recommended me to.

My single wish in life is that I could give NEGATIVE stars! I never write reviews, but I truely pray this company goes under! For about a year, I have been getting malicious emails stating my account has been acessed in various locations from across the world each one on a new device. After struggling, I successfully deleted my account. However the frequency of the malicious emails increased. Upon my calling in, logging in, getting virtual support, etc., to help confirm my accounts deletion, any and all Coinbase representatives refused to assist me. They demanded card numbers I never added to my account, claiming it was for verification. They refused manager/supervisor contact of any kind, claiming, "they dont exist". Coinbase is a fraudulent company that specializes in being unhelpful and scamming their customers. They have zero regaurd for costumer support, buisness ethics, and they commit fraud. I am still getting malicious emails daily, I remain unable to stop them, and Coinbase continues to refuse confirmation of my accounts deletion.

They are reviewing my account and do not tell me the deadline. I can't withdraw my money because of the restriction. There is no service at all. They do not say anything and do not withdraw my funds then I realized they are not willing to do anything after seeing several reviews with the same complaint, so I got assistance from Châîn Vault Technologies to get my money out.

I've used Coinbase over 4 years now, but every time I want to sell any of my crypto I found my account to be blocked for unclear reason. Coinbase support maybe responses one out of 10 email with useless responses stating it should work when it doesn't next time I try to make a transaction. They track your IP address and when you log on abroad they start demanding loads of excessive paper work and threaten to close down the account if I do not provide documentation I don't have within 15 days. When uploading a passport Coinbase automatically sets the country of issue as the country of residence. The platform is buggy, expensive and limited.

Beware Coinbase users. I was victimized by a fake mining scam that was conducted through my Coinbase wallet and lost over $200,000. A person introduced me to the concept of crypto mining, sent me screenshots of his mining account and over time convinced me to get involved in this operation. This operation used Coinbase and Coinbase Wallet as tools to convert my Ethereum funds to USDT coins then divert my funds to the phony mining destination. WITHOUT MY PASSWORD OR MY RECOVERY PHASE. These thieves took control of my Coinbase wallet platform by interfacing an elaborate software that provided real-time reporting of fake mining results. At any moment I was able to see the progress of my phony mining rewards. In addition, a fake customer service portal was provided on my Coinbase wallet app. The ghost software was incredibly realistic! Simply put, I would purchase USDT coins through my Coinbase account, then transfer them to my Coinbase wallet where they were diverted to the fraud operation. When I realized that this was a fraudulent operation I contacted Coinbase to ask how my coins could be diverted without the use of my password, two-step authorization or recovery phrases!. Coinbase provided a complicated explanation that I am still trying to decipher. They claim someone gave the thieves permission through Etherscan or something like that. They said tough luck they have no responsibility. I have found another victim who lost more than $200,000 in a similar scam on Coinbase. What makes me furious is that COINBASE OFFERED NO HELP after repeated correspondences. So now I have contacted the Senators in charge of determining regulations for the industry. I am also looking for other victims and, hopefully, a hungry lawyer who would like to take this case on. In the meantime, I am out of crypto. I am keeping my money in a bank or investment broker where is stays unless I use my password to withdraw funds.

A week ago, on September, 12/22 my Coinbase account was hacked. I immediately contacted the Company on a live chat to report the fraud and to lock the account. Unfortunately, even though they locked it, too late... my money, about $3000 were stolen. Then I called the company to report the fraud, but to my surprise, they told me: "there were nothing they can do about it, they won't reimburse my money". I sent them very detail emails, including screen shots (See photos attached) as evidence explaining what was happening, and requested an INVESTIGATION, but their response was the same. I was in shock! Then I started looking for help on line and what a surprise... they have opened several Lawsuits for the same reason. There are thousands and thousands of victims like me. Surprisingly I also found several articles like this one: https://www.alphr.com/coinbase-got-hacked/ online that affirm, that "Coinbase refund hacked accounts". So, I don't understand why they said otherwise.
After several emails and phone call exchange, they wrote: "We are unable to cancel or reverse this transaction. In this instance, I recommend attempting to recover the funds from the recipient by reaching out to them and requesting their help".
After 5 years as a Coinbase Customer, that was very insulting. They acted very disrespectful, irresponsible, unprofessional and unethical, towards a customer.
I frankly don't understand how that company is doing business in US.
Authorities should investigate more and hopeful, they reimburse people's money, including me.

Coinbase is a rip off do not invest your money on there platform they will only rip you off. I staked 50 eth now that the merge is over I can only convert my eth to cbeth that trades $75 less then eth the are stealing 6% of my eth WRONG!
