I ordered the Parker Leather Club Style Recliner with the Galveston Vintage Leather and the down feather wrapped seat upgrade. Although I was reluctant to purchase a chair this expensive without getting to sit in it first, I have to say this has been one of the best purchases I have ever made. The leather is exquisite and the feel is better than anything I've found at Pottery Barn, Room & Board and Crate & Barrel. Club Furniture has an excellent customer service team and the fact that they send a sample of the actual leather the chair would be made from was an excellent touch.

The only negative...and after the chair arrived I quickly forgot this was an issue...was the long wait time from the chair being finished and getting to me in New York. There was multiple truck break downs which added to the time. I must say the shipping company was in contact with me every step of the way and once they finally arrived they expertly placed the chair in my apartment with no issues.

Over all I would highly recommend Club Furniture to anyone.

Friends thought I was nuts to buy a sofa on-line. But I read all the info about ClubFurniture and, more importantly, I read all the comments from previous buyers. I couldn't be more pleased with my decision. The woodwork is beautifully done, and the cushions are supportive. I've sat on leather couches that gave me "a ride"...I had to keep pulling myself up so I wouldn't slide to the floor. This couch is not like that. It's very comfortable, but offers an upright position...so you're not looking at the ceiling. My new couch sits with its back to the dining area. Guess what? The back is beautifully done in leather, too!

From the beginning, Darren answered all my questions and sent information as the order was being processed. The delivery people came at the date and time promised and were super. The couch was well packaged...no possibility of a scratch. Would I buy from ClubFurniture again? Yes, in a minute. Nan S.

The only problem that occurred was with the delivery. The initial date and time was cancelled a couple hours before the scheduled time. The delivery was rescheduled between 10:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m. the following day. I waited until 1:30 p.m. but the couch was still not delivered.
I had an appointment and could not wait any longer. The couch was rescheduled two or three weeks later.
I love the slip covered couch! Luckily, I didn't need it sooner.

Overall it was a simple process which had a couple of negative issues. 1. We were never contacted by the delivery company to confirm a delivery date. Was originally informed this would be a "white glove" delivery however product was left on front porch with no forewarning. Better communication is needed. 2. Product (oval leather ottoman) arrived with one of the four legs broken. Disappointing Given cost of item. This should not be expected or accepted.

I ordered and received two Annette "Designer Style" Fabric Memory Swivel Tub Chairs. The order process was easy and pleasant. The sale was handled by a personable representative but that was the end of the good experience. The chairs arrived and were terrible. The cheap quality was obvious--the seams were crooked and did not meet where they should. There were strings hanging out of both chairs. The cushions were wrinkled because the covers were too small for the cushions. The backs were crooked. The seams were not even straight. And I could go on. I have since written off the chairs to experience and replaced them with chairs much nicer for less than I paid Clubfurniture. I was embarrassed to have them in my home.

Easy and clear online ordering process

Easy and clear online ordering process. Once the sofa was ready to ship, we had tremendously positive communications with Marsha (I think that was her name) at Club Furniture. She facilitated the delivery. When the delivery ran into a real snag, the delivery company moved heaven and earth to get the sofa to us on time. We are deeply appreciative!

Product appears to be well built

Product appears to be well built. The leather is thick and supple. Seems smaller then I thought it would be and was disappointed that a wood sample was not available for review prior to purchase like the leather swath was. It ended up being slightly darker then ideal to match existing furniture in the same room.

I am very happy with my new sofa

I am very happy with my new sofa. It is beautiful and very comfortable both as a bed and a sofa.

Delivery was slower than expected, but the terrible weather was to blame. The staff was outstanding when I spoke with them on the phone and by e-mail.

My second purchase from clubfurniture.com. My club chair from 5 years ago is going strong. Our new leather couch and loveseat are well made and were delivered with care on time. My one interaction with Customer Service was positive. They were able to accommodate our request to slightly adjust the height of the back cushions to keep them below a window sill.
