I looked far and wide for a tufted sleeper sofa and couldn't find any that looked nice until I came across Club Furniture. I got the 2-cushion Isadore and love it! I emailed and called with questions and received very timely responses each time - and was able to speak directly with Darrin, who gave great insight into fabric choices. You can tell they know their products inside-out and take a lot of pride in their work. I've gotten lots of compliments on the couch and have been highly recommending Club Furniture.

Overall ottoman is nice...

Overall ottoman is nice...however piece arrived with one of the ottoman legs broken off, which given the $1000 price was disappointing.

I am very pleased with my chairs.
However make sure your delivery men have clean hands. I had couple of stains, it was raining that day,
I did get the out.

Really liked club furniture; however, the delivery company they use is AWFUL. They called and left a message they would be a day late for delivery a few days before the scheduled delivery. I was not available on the new delivery date, so called back to advise. I called 4 times and couldn't get anyone on the phone, so I left 4 messages. No one called me back. Finally I had to call club furniture to see if they could get in touch with them. Thankfully they were able to and confirmed that the delivery was still coming on the day I advised (4 TIMES) I could not be home. I then had to scramble to get someone to be at my apartment for me. I just don't understand how the delivery company can run a business like that - it's not only inconvenient, but it's rude and disrespectful. Will not order from club furniture again if they continue to use that company.

Samples arrived in a timely fashion, furniture specifications & descriptions were detailed, questions asked online were answered within 48 hours. The sales & design rep who previewed my order was extremely thorough - ensuring I ordered the correct pieces, fabric, etc. Exceptional service!

We love our new leather furniture

We love our new leather furniture. The leather is gorgeous. The company sent us leather swatches to confirm our color choice and this was very helpful, resulting in us choosing a different color than we initially thought that we wanted. We are very pleased with our experience and product from club furniture and proud to buy American made.

After exhausting my search locally for a high quality tight back sofa, I turned my attention to an online search. Although I was initially skeptical making such a large purchase sight unseen, I was reassured when the swatches arrived after placing my order. With so many choices of fabrics, it became more of a problem deciding which one was my favorite! Speaking with customer service was an exceptional experience; the representatives at Club Furniture work diligently to make your order perfect. When my sofa and chair arrived, I was stunned; they are gorgeous! The craftsmanship and quality exceeded every expectation I had and I feel great having supported a "local" business. I WILL be returning for future purchasing!

Excited about my purchase

Excited about my purchase. Fustrated with picking fabrics. Using iPad and was a glitch on the fabrics pop up that kept me from viewing all of the options. Other than that, pretty good. Received my furniture in about 6 weeks. Was some pilling on the fabric but barely noticeable. Overall satisfied

Quality of the chair is excellent, which is what I love about American made! Delivery was exactly within estimated time. Would love if the recliner had a pull arm tucked inside one of the arm rests. I have neck issues and am not a big person so I have to work a little to push it back with my head. Definitely recommend this beautiful chair!

I had searched for a long time for a black leather recliner chair that would fit with my home. I didn't want one or those over stuffed monster chairs. I wanted a traditional style in black leather. I found the style at Clubfurniture and decided to give it a try. The chair was custom made for me! I LOVE my chair. It is a classic that will look good 20 years from now. The quality is amazing. I am 5'4" and the chair fits me perfect. My daughter is 5'9" and she finds the chair fits her too. I am happy with the chair and found it to be an excellent value. Everyone who visits my home notices the chair and compliments it. The size is in perfect scale with my other furniture and room. The chair compliments all of the other furniture and over all design while still giving the comfort of a favorite recliner.
I was disappointed in delivery time. However, it wasn't Clubfurniture, it was the delivery that was backed up by winter weather.

The sectional sofa that I purchased is of great quality and it looks perfect in the space I have for it. Everyone I spoke with at Club Furniture was friendly, helpful and professional. I appreciated the extra effort that was put forward to help me order the right sectional that we could fit down a narrow stairway with a turn at the bottom, but that would look great and fit in the large space I had available. Thank you!
