It makes me nervous to purchase a sofa sight unseen but reviews are prompting me to take a leap of faith! It helped to receive sample fabrics and was able to make a change as needed. My item took a a few days longer than I was expecting to arrive but they worked closely with me to try to get it to me as soon as possible. Overall, I love our new sofa -- it fits exactly the need I was looking for!

Our second chair matches our first chair purchased a year ago perfectly. Thanks! Now we don't have to worry about who gets to sit in the nice comfy chair-they both do the job.

Club Furniture was great to work with. They were patient and worked to find the right color and texture of leather. It took a long while to select and mail samples but eventually we found one that worked for us. The chair is beautiful and well-crafted.

Excellent help in selecting the right sofa for the space...excellent and courteous delivery service, including calls to alert me as to time of arrival. The sofa is absolutely wonderful!

My shopping experience with Club Furniture exceeded my expectations. From my first order to the delivery everything went smoothly and I am very happy with my sofa bed.

The only delay in our order was caused by the necessity of changing the upholstery color. Once that arrived, customer service helped a lot to keep me informed of the status and probably helped speed things up. Thus far, we have no complaints and love the furniture. We have not used the sleeper mattress at this time.

I am extremely happy with the sectional. I had bought the same sectional locally and twice they delivered the wrong pieces. I finally cancelled and ordered through ClubFurniture. Not only did they get it right, the sectional was delivered within 6 weeks (the locally ordered sectional took 3 months each time to get). On top of all that, the price was actually a little less - very happy. I highly recommend ClubFurniture.

I received fabric samples to ensure that the fabric I picked was really what I wanted. My item was delivered on the day promised and the quality could not be better. The sleeper sofa is very comfortable and guests that have slept in the bed tell me that it was great. I am very happy with my purchase and would not hesitate to buy from Club Furniture in the future.

I had ordered the same sectional from a local furniture store. After waiting 3 months for delivery, the wrong piece was delivered. This happened twice. I finally had to cancel the order. I went on line to Club Furniture and found the exact sofa. It was delivered in 6 weeks and it was perfect. The delivery people were very accommodating also. Highly recommend.
