Ive never ordered furniture online. I was Leary about not being able to check the quality. Ordering was simple. Delivery of the product took twice as long as I was told. I had bought furniture that was already built and ready to go. When trying to contact the courier I could ever get an answer or a call back until I called Club Furniture after a few fail attempts. The furniture arrived after several weeks.

I love the fabric and the color. I really love the feel, quality and durability of the couch. The chair and ottoman feel cheap they are very light and constantly move and shift when sat in because the are so light in weight. Also it's a down blend supposedly which was why I choose this and it doesn't feel like it at all on any of the 3 pieces I ordered.

I ordered from ClubFurniture.com when another company left me in quite a mess. Not only did ClubFurniture.com help me out of my sticky situation, they were NICE, precise, straight forward with me, played NO games, and delivered QUICKLY and delivered exactly what they said they were going to. I was EXTREMELY satisfied with my purchase. And I will definitely be purchasing from them again. Nice selection of recliners! I particularly liked that I could see samples of the leather and had the opportunity to change my decision on my initial selection upon receipt of the first sample to review. The telephone follow up also made the shopping experience seem more personal. The delivery experience was okay; however, I felt pushed to schedule at the convenience of the scheduler very early in the morning on a Sunday morning, and they were obviously in a hurry to return to North Carolina once they had delivered my recliner. Overall, though, this was a great experience, and I highly recommend the site, their products (love my recliner), and the top-notch customer service.

I ordered swatch samples which arrived with a $50 gift card. The wording indicates the $50 is valid in conjunction with other offers. Yet, when I entered the savings code, the current March Madness discounts disappeared and only the $50 remained. The total $$ of my order was increased. I had to re-select the order and left off the $50 savings code. A small detail, but a problem non the less. I am looking forward to receiving all available swatches for the chairs. I am anticipating that this will be a positive experience! Thanks!

We love the chair - my husband had buyers remorse after we made the purchase but that all went away when he saw the finished product. The only thing that was not perfect about the transaction was the delivery time, 6:30 a.m. That is just because we are late night workers and do not get up that early in the morning. Actually is was not that bad, I was out of bed and had a productive day before work. The delivery boys explained that they had a 14 hour drive to their next delivery, all was fine. Me just wining, like my sleep.

I love my Christine slipcovered sleeper sofa. It is GORGEOUS! Before ordering I had questions about fabrics, sofa design, and various upgrades. Customer Service answered every question completely and everyone was helpful and caring. When the sofa was delivered it was even more beautiful than I had imagined. Also, the delivery company that they use is the best. I was having the sofa delivered to a different address in a different state than my home, and they worked around my schedule and coordinated the delivery so that it was convenient for me to be there. I highly recommend Club Furniture, both their products and their service.
