Couch, chairs, and ottomans as well as their covers are very positive additions to my home. Design, comfort, and workmanship are at a very high level. Excellent customer service as well as contracted delivery service that unwrapped and placed all 7 pieces and disposed of cartons and packing. Very pleased with this purchase. If I had more room I'd order more.

Took longer than expected. Not quite as plush as I would expect a tufted leather item to be. This piece also feels more like vinyl than leather. Not sure why that is. Once I paid and heard nothing for a week, I contacted customer service regarding delivery. I got a bit of a story, I think. Overall, the piece is the size I wanted, so it works.

Good furniture, good delivery
I called to inquire on getting a quick delivery sofa. I had the best customer service! I got exactly what I wanted just in time for guests. The quality is impeccable! There is no reason to go to any furniture store locally, you will get much better products through clubfurniture.com!
This is my second purchase from Club Furniture. The first was an apartment size sectional. This time it was a full size sectional. Quality and price are top notch. Delivery personnel were very cooperative and on time.
Service was professional though hard to speak to human voices.
The one Hughes concern is the putrid smell in all 4 of my chairs. I need this to be abated or picked up

It took about 16 weeks to receive my sofa, which is about twice as long as I expected it would take. And when the delivery time finally arrived, I was given barely any notice and had to rush to prepare the space for the sofa to be delivered. On the day of delivery, the showed up about 4 hours before the window they gave me and asked for me to come home despite meetings that I had going on at work. The furniture quality and customer service from club furniture was excellent, but the time it took and delivery process definitely sub standard.
Customer service was excellent, very friendly and professional. The delivery team was also very friendly and arrived well within the time window specified.
I needed a new chair and while searching on line, I saw many attractive chairs, but discovered most were made overseas. Then I searched for American made furniture and found Club Furniture. Not only is my chair made in America, but I was able to customize it to my liking. It is lovely; the service, product and delivery were exceptional.
Love my new couch. Great employees, deliver team has wonderful. Only thing I would change would be receiving larger fabric samples.
