We are very pleased with our experience purchasing from clubfurniture.com. We've never ordered furniture online and were a little nervous taking a leap of faith to order a couch, unseen, without actually getting to sit on it. Despite many local furniture stores in our vicinity, no one really had what we were looking for, a tight backed sleeper sofa. From Club Furniture's styles, material color choices, stain resistant fabric options, it was easy to put together what we wanted and the online photo renditions gave us a good idea of what to expect; so it put our mind at relative ease. They provided a full sampling of the material color options, which confirmed for us we made the right choice. They followed up with a request to confirm our order before moving forward with production. Once our order was finalized, we waited roughly 7 weeks before it arrived. The delivery company was efficient, respective of our home and set up the couch and tested the sleeper mechanism prior to our acceptance. The couch is beautiful. We highly recommend Club Furniture and have it in mind for future purchases.

The sofas I purchased from Club Furniture appear to be well made, and I like them. However, they were not as I expected. The actual colors of the sofas were misrepresented by the sample color and the photos online. They are lighter than I had anticipated. The love seat also came with water damage on the cushion. I was surprised that quality control let that pass inspection. I did receive a replacement after many phone calls though.

I bought a slipcovered sofa. They sent me samples of all of the fabrics offered so that I could confirm the color even though I saw it online. Seeing and feeling the actual fabric was a nice extra step to ensure there wouldn't be any disappointments. When I got the fabric samples and called customer service to conclude the order.

The item came earlier than expected and the deliverers called to confirm we would be home. There was some confusion on the delivery since I thought they would bring it into the home. I called Club and they said that wasn't included in free delivery but they spoke with the delivery people and told them to bring it into the house (this would be the only time they would approve indoor delivery). We are very pleased with the quality of the furniture and the excellent customer support in both the ordering process and the resolution of the delivery issue. This is a first rate company to work with.

I love the shape, style, size, quality, material and color of my Devin leather ottoman. And the leather grade is better than I had envisioned!

My only concern with the ottoman is that the heaviest part of the ottoman is the top, rather than the bottom. It would be much better if the top was lighter so the owner can access the storage compartment more easily.

While we are very impressed with the cedar interior and amount of storage, we'd just like to be able to raise the ottoman top with less effort.

Ordering furniture site unseen may seem like a big risk, but I think it's really important to consider the quality of components, fabric and workmanship no matter what your budget. After visiting a few stores, we realized that we could find better quality, better selection and better service by working with Club Furniture online. The loveseat we ordered was perfect and every detail was exactly as expected. We live in a 100+-year-old house with a few flights of steps to reach our door, but the delivery people were able to make it all look easy and also were very courteous when scheduling delivery. Congratulations on running a good business serving the craftspeople, delivery men, all other who earn a living working for Club Furniture and the customer! It's a win-win and something to be very proud of in this day and age. Thank you.

We recently replaced a Parker leather recliner that was purchased in 2004 along with the leather Parker sofa and loveseat. 12 years later the sofa and love seat still look new but due to my husband spending many hours/day in the recliner it was time for a new one. Both experiences with Club Furniture were great! The customer service as well as the product quality is unsurpassed. The staff was extremely helpful, courteous and kept me well informed on the status of my order. The delivery staff was professional and courteous as well and delivery time was prompt within the scheduled window. We could not be more pleased with our purchase/experience with Club Furniture.
