The sofa is exactly what I have been looking for, I couldn't be happier! Having fabric samples (more than just a few) was very helpful. I contacted customer service several times with various questions because I was nervous about spending a lot of money on a "mail order" sofa. They were always kind and helpful and totally put my mind at ease. My original fabric choices were no longer available and I had to choose from a new set of samples, I eventually chose a Cryptonite fabric, and haven't had to test it's durability or stain resistance yet, but hopefully it lives up to the promises because that fabric is the most expensive offered, which is why I dropped one star. I would have preferred my original fabric choice which was not Cryptonite and was several hundred dollars less money. Time will tell on that. Overall though the fabric is a nice compromise. The sofa is very comfortable - the cushions are not stiff as they indicated they might be at first. The center cushion seems to be filled a little more than those on the ends but it's not noticeable to look at. I'm sitting on the center cushion almost exclusively to try and soften it up a bit. It's a nice piece of furniture, looks to be very well made and I appreciate that it is made right here in the USA. Delivery was a breeze, the guys did a fine job bringing it in and setting it up.They took all the trash with them when they left. Overall a very good experience from start to finish. Thank you!

Initially, I loved my reversible sectional sofa from Club Furniture. It's a nubby teal color and was gorgeous. Within a few months, the back of the sofa started puckering and one of the cushions was pilling. I contacted Customer Service who referred my email to someone else. Waited a few weeks and followed up. This time it was referred out to a local upholsterer who contacted me and came to my apartment within a week or so. Although he spoke very limited English, he recognized the problems, took some photos. He took apart the back of the sofa and reattached the fabric as best it could be pulled taut. I am pretty satisfied with that, but he took numerous photos of the pilling and sent them to customer service. Their response was that this was normal "shedding." Well, now this shedding has spread to another cushion (but curiously, not the entire sofa).
It can't be vacuumed or wiped off the sofa, the "shedding" is clearly attached to the sofa and is permanent. The sofa looks like an old sofa and is only 6 months old. I loved the flexibility of this sectional and was hard pressed to find the small size for my Manhattan apartment. However, I really regret taking the leap of faith and making this expensive purchase online. Additionally, I had asked about the durability of this fabric before my purchase. This was a very expensive mistake and I can't wait until I can afford to replace this sofa.

Just love Club Furniture. Just purchased my third sofa. I love the quality. My first sofa was purchased about 15 years ago for my St. Croix house and it is still in great condition even though I do vacation rentals.
The 2nd sofa was purchased 4 years ago for the living room in my Florida home. The 3rd sofa just purchase is for the family room in the Florida home. The furniture is not only well made but also looks great. The shipping went smoothly and the furniture was set up by the delivery men. I was very pleased with the whole transaction. I am now looking to buy a recliner and I know that will also be a great purchase.

We couldn't be happier with our slip covered sofa and love seat. We received our sample fabrics quickly and, with a little assistance from Club Furniture customer service, we selected a beautiful, neutral Crypton fabric. The furniture was ready for shipment in about four weeks and arrived shortly thereafter. Delivery and setup were painless. The build quality is superb and we are very pleased with our fabric selection. We look forward to ordering more furniture from ClubFurniture in the future.

Over the last decade I've ordered three chairs, a chaise and a couch. When the cover of the chaise cushion split open, Club Furniture sent me a new cushion, although it had been several years since I purchased this piece. This is a very customer-service oriented and personable business! My pieces are all slip covered, and because they've continued to offer the same product over the years, I've been able to get replacement slipcovers when I want to change the look. I highly recommend Club Furniture.

Ordering from Club Furniture was a great experience. As I live in Wyoming, we do not have a lot of furniture stores to shop at and test the different sofas. So, I was basically buying a sofa sight unseen and untouched. Your sales staff was excellent in helping me pick out the right couch. I worked with Darren and he was extremely helpful by helping me decide the correct couch and fabric. The swatches make it easy to get a feel for the fabric.
