I purchased two Arthur Chesterfield Leather Recliners and the Empire Tufted Leather Chesterfield couch. The recliners are, without exaggeration, the most comfortable chairs I have ever sat in. They recline to almost full horizontal and fit perfectly. I am 6'2 and the standard chair size is more than big enough to comfortably accommodate my frame. The couch is beautiful and exactly what I wanted.

I was hesitant to order such a big-ticket item online without testing it first but none of the local stores had anything close to what this site offers. As soon as I inquired, they sent a fantastic swatch kit which really let you see and feel the different types of leathers available. Jeff and Darrin were super responsive with all of my questions and accommodating with some special order requests I had. No issues in shipping the furniture from NC to Florida. Free shipping on larger orders so it might as well have been from the local furniture store down the street as far as I was concerned.

The leather sleeper sofa appears to be well made, but no one has slept on it yet for comfort. The leather is nice and I hope to get years of service from this piece. The delivery team was very courteous; however, they arrived in the pouring rain and had a difficult time getting the sleeper sofa into the intended room. They wanted me to change my room plans which was unacceptable so they managed to get the very heavy piece inside the room without damage to our newly constructed home. Overall, my experience was positive and clubfurniture.com provided excellent customer service before, during and after the sale. I would buy from them again.

I enjoyed buying from you. I looked at available options, made a selection and selected a leather color to match our other two items, one from Club Furniture, one from Macy's. Delivery went very smoothly. I do have one comment. The furniture feet should be different for carpet or hardwood floors. My chair came with button feet for carpet, I removed them and replaced them with carpet pads. Good thing too, as one of the buttons was cracked and could have scratched our floor. I recommend that furniture be delivered with flat-faced wood legs and either option installed upon delivery or as a selection at the time of order.
