I used Cleartrip to book a hotel for my trip to Dubai and while I was booking the transaction got failed and they deducted the money from my card, after a long search on the internet I fount the customer service number as their website doesn't show any contact info and took a very long time to get an available agent to talk to me. However, this agent wasn't helpful at all and he didn't know anything he told me that I will get a refund within 7 days but I didn't cancel the booking it was their fault! And now after spending all the money that I possessed on this scam website I was left with no money and my trip is canceled! NEVER EVER BOOK WITH CLEARTRIP IT IS A FEAUD!
Please avoid using cleartrip.com. I cancelled my ticket because of unavoidable reasons, I applied for refund. Even after two months, they did not payed any refund. The customer service people are equally bad. I recommend not use their service.
By far the worst travel company I have ever dealt with. No customer service, no help at all and very inconsiderate. After booking my flight and deducting the money from my account due to their system faults, after calling and speaking to 6 different agents and yet no help was offered, they came to a conclusion of refunding the money to my account which will take 5 working days. Keep in mind that I have bills and other pending payments to make. Do not book through them, they will waste your time and money. So now, I'm stuck with no flight ticket and insufficient money to book a new ticket and will have to wait 5 days, if not more to make a new booking. And that wallet/cashback coupon they lure people into making their bookings through them does not work or exist. It is the whole reason my booking has failed apparently, when in fact at the check out of my booking, it was automatically selected along with my debit card. What a shame.
Do NOT deal with Cleartrip ever. I regret booking my ticket with them on July 1,2018 for a flight for the 10th of July - 15th of July 2019. The money was deducted from the account but no ticket was issued. I phoned customer support and they said the money will be refunded in 2-3-4-5 days (there was really no uniformity between them). I phoned them and the only thing they can offer is to provide a link to. Guess what! Pay them more money. The amount was 1, 20, 832 rupees. So yes. NEVER book with these frauds.

Cleartrip is the ultimate scammer. I booked a ticket on the14th o june 2019 but did not receive a ticket. My money was withdrawn but not refunded although they said that they would refund it immediately. Dont ever go to their site.
I don't recommend anybody to use cleartrips service not even on my enemy, they lied over the phone saying I would be refunded in no less then one day, I then call after 5 days and one of their rude consultants say you will get your techno in 4" days, again now they are saying you will get your money in 0 days, I mean just send it already wtf is zero days service is appualing

Since yesterday i am fully engaged with cleartrip online web portal and customer care centre to confirm my ticket even though problem is not resolved.
Any news about my refund money. Since March 21 almost 2 months already. Everytime I will call mr. Rohan the supervisor told me he will call me back within 48 hours. But he did not call me back. And then I called again he told me that he will call me back that day and again I didn't receive any call even to any agent. I dont know if they playing only the customer. They said binayak told me Rohan is there after he hold the call he told me Rohan left already and then he hold me again he said Rohan is busy. All of your agent are lying really they dont know how to handle the customer complain especially the supervisor name Rohan. They can't give me any manager on duty or any supervisor this is the first time that I encounter the company without manager or supervisor on duty. Maybe it's better to post this feedback to the Google or to your Facebook account. Now I believe now to the people that posting bad feedback in your company. Just tell me only If i will received my money or not. You told me me that you will get back to me but you didn't give any answer. Same only the call center. I hope this message you gonna take action. This is the first time that I book in cleartrip but maybe the last it's a very bad service bad management. Poor management

I booked a round trip flight with cleartrip. When I noticed that I booked wrong dates by mistake I called them same day itself for amendment. The call centre executive pointed out that it will be less costlier for me if I cancel and make a fresh booking than amending the date. Since I could not do it from my mobile app she convinced that it may be a technical glitch and she agreed to do it from their end and offered me to expect refund in 5 to 7 working days. Since then I have been calling them regarding the matter over the past 6 weeks but always with the same response as sorry, will escalate to higher management, top priority, will call back in 48 hours etc etc. If we ask for high management number they give other number which ends up in the same call centre. Sometimes they give us our complaint number to trace later which nobody can if we call again. I asked for their local office location in Dubai for me to make a personal visit which was denied as well. They give false assurances that it will be resolved in 48 hours but nobody cam be accounted for when we call again. Please use their site if you prefer not to loose money and dignity.
Please don't book anything on cleartrip.

The contact number is always out of service, even if you are lucky and the number is worming you spend a quite good time until someone pick up your phone.
Refund process is so annoying and it can take up to 1 month... I don't know what are they doing with our money this long period of time.

We have booked our ticket from Coimbatore to Toronto via cleartrip and all of a sudden the airline have cancelled our ticket. When we call customer care they are all bunch of fools who have very different answer to each other... they were suppose to get back to us within 2 days but all in vain... we have waited but no calls came back. Asking for refund they say it will come after 07 days. That means after my travel date... This way they are just making fool of us and making people forced to book ticket urgently at a high price.
I would never suggest anyone to use Clear trip neither will i ever use clear trip again. WORST TRAVEL WEBSITE EVER!

I booked ticket and bcoz of typing mistake i spelled my name wrong for 10 days i was calling them to do the correction every day they were like we are working and then they said emirates is not allowing us and when i called emirates they said we can do it in an hours just ask them to do... Answer: I'll keep it brief. We booked a ticket in August (India to Canada using Air France) this was before the air bubble restrictions were launched both on the website and in public knowledge. On the day of my Air France flight, Air France called me to tell me because of the airline restrictions I can't board the plane, the ticket was 1.83 lakhs for one way. We called Cleartrip right away to see what can be done about this - well firstly they've removed the option to call them so you're forced to email. They called us back and said we should hear back about a refund in two weeks. In two weeks nothing. As I mentioned that was August, it is now DECEMBER and we have had endless emails and calls with Cleartrip with no resolve. You'd think those emails would be something productive - but no! They are AUTOMATED emails, again and again. Every time someone calls me its a different person from their team who has no context about my use case and then says oh give us 72 hours to get back to you and then someone else calls me! And now they're saying because it's after the day of the flight that they can't guarantee the refund amount - have you heard of anyone cancelling a 1.83 lakh flight with NO GUARANTEE of the refund?! What if I get 100 rs back? Am I supposed to be okay with it? The biggest joke is that I called Air France directly and told them about this situation and they said in this circumstance we would have offered a full refund. The offered to convert my ticket into a voucher I could use till the end of 2022 with any of their airlines and had no idea why Cleartrip was saying they need to speak to them and happily left a remark on my ticket recommending a full refund. You thought that would help? Wrong. Since that remark, Cleartrip has now continued another three weeks of ridiculous automated emails with absolutely no indication of this remark or anything else helpful frankly. I'm very very sorry for you if you have to ever interact with Cleartrip support for anything. If you're booking a risky flight, be sure this is the wrong place for any kind of help.

Answer: Impossible. None of the contacts provided in the companies website are working. Customer service portal doesnot work. Only the refund related calls don't go through. All other dial options work. This looks like a complete fraud, which needs to be reported to the authority, which I will do if i do not get a response.
