They are a disgrace, I am still waiting for a refund for a cancelled flight since the 18th March, first of all I was told to wait 30 days, then 60 days, then 60 WORKING days, that has passed and all I get is a generic email to say you are working on it. Do not book with these thieves. I doubt I will ever see the refund at this rate.
I booked 2 tickets from cleartrip and they cancelled it due to covid. Its been monthssssss and I dont hear anything from them at all. I just hope they help me back my money. This is soo sad. I don't wanna book from them again in future

I am continuously following but no reply. My Trip ID is **************. I lost my job and I booked tickets through credit card but still now there is no response from cleartrip. I Kindly request not to use cleartrip they are frauds...
Never book ticket from CLEARTRIP - before booking you can check the support. They dont have a working contact number at least. In march 19 - 2020 i have calcelled my ticket as per the message from spicejet. The airlines are refund the amount to the agent ( Cleartrip) till 06-07-2020 they dint refund the amount. They are not ready to refund for anyone. I don't know why no one is taking an action against them. #bancleartrip
My flight was cancelled due to COVID-19. On contacting the airlines(Airasia) iu was told that my ticket amount has been refunded within a week and i have to contact my travel agency i. E cleartrip. Despite of my reperated effortrs no assistance has been provided by the cleartrip regarding the refund and the refund amount has not been credited even after 2 months.

The worst kind of service i ever encountered in my entire life! I canceld my flight due to covid 19 situation last march 14th 2020 and they sent me an email that it will take 5 to 8 working days. After that 5 to 8 woeking days they told me again that they have a new policy due to pandemic they will extended the 5 to 8 working days refund to a 60 days! So i dont have a choice is to wait that 60days. Then the 60 days came no one initiate from the team cleartrip to send a message regarding my refund or even try to call me i gave my contact number to them and i tried to call them but no one picking up my calls so i send again an email to them asking whats the status of my refund but they are not replying my last email to them until now i didnt get my refund!
Please cleartrip company do an actions on your clients refund i need my refund spcially were under now the pandemic situation. Actually i had two (2) pending tarnsaction of ticket refund one for me and one for my sister. Im adding the proof of refund photo

I booked flight from Mumbai to Varanasi for 22nd April for family. While booking I searched and find prices were same onClear trip and Indigo, same time I received call from clear trip and she suggested it's ease for you you book with clear trip and I do same. After some time I booked one more ticket for me through Indigo site at same amount. Due to the COVID I cancelled All tickets and got full refund of ticket which I booked through Indigo site but when I connected with clear trip they said Indigo is not giving refund to us. I connected to indigo customer care and they said they refund full amount to clear trip. Still my conversation is going on but their response is pathetic. I suggest please don't book any ticket through these cheaters. Always prefer airline sites..
This is the worst place to book your flight as I had booked my KLM flight from Abu Dhabi to Toronto through Cleartrip and cancelled it due to this covid-19 situation these cheaters sent me a confirmation email that they would return my money in 5 days and it's been 3 months now and they haven't given my refund back... it's literally 4000AED and these frauds haven't returned my money yet..
I booked my flight April 23,2020. Bit bcos of this pandemic ( Corona Virus) all flight are canceled. Until now, i cant refund my ticket. They are saying its computed successful last april 14, which i didnt recieved any notice from my bank about that refund ticket. And aside from that, i still deducted 304aed for airline penalty. Its not my fault if the government canceled all flights... Very bad service...

We booked ticket in air india flight to and from sharjah to trivandrum from march 6th and return from april 8th we tried to book the ticket on february 1st. I was trying to book the ticket by using my wives cleartrip Id. Just before doing tbe payment for booking we got a call from cleartrip and the person in the line asked me not to do the payment as there is some error in my name. So he told me that he will help me to book the ticket. Later he send me two link to do the payment. Then he send me the copy of ticket. So it is clear that the ticket was booked under his id. Now I am suspecting that he had done that for his personal benefit. Because of that now I am unable to reschedule my ticket, the trip id and email id is not matching. And no persons from clear trip is helping us to reschedule it. It is really unfair. The staff from clear trip is intentionally trying to cheat customers for there own benefit.
I had send several email regarding this issue. They all are work at home. For us, we are under this great trouble. Now we are unable to contact the person also.

Didnt show refund amount. When i purchased ticket i paid extra amount so when i cancel the ticket i will get full refund and i should get full refund. Worst customer service ever! I have been trying to get in touch for weeks now! My flights have been cancelled due to coronavirus and there is no option of a refund for my flights on your website. If the airlines are refunding then why is Cleartrip not allowing a refund?! No calls are being answered and no emails are being responded to! This is extremely upsetting and disappointing! Answer: I'll keep it brief. We booked a ticket in August (India to Canada using Air France) this was before the air bubble restrictions were launched both on the website and in public knowledge. On the day of my Air France flight, Air France called me to tell me because of the airline restrictions I can't board the plane, the ticket was 1.83 lakhs for one way. We called Cleartrip right away to see what can be done about this - well firstly they've removed the option to call them so you're forced to email. They called us back and said we should hear back about a refund in two weeks. In two weeks nothing. As I mentioned that was August, it is now DECEMBER and we have had endless emails and calls with Cleartrip with no resolve. You'd think those emails would be something productive - but no! They are AUTOMATED emails, again and again. Every time someone calls me its a different person from their team who has no context about my use case and then says oh give us 72 hours to get back to you and then someone else calls me! And now they're saying because it's after the day of the flight that they can't guarantee the refund amount - have you heard of anyone cancelling a 1.83 lakh flight with NO GUARANTEE of the refund?! What if I get 100 rs back? Am I supposed to be okay with it? The biggest joke is that I called Air France directly and told them about this situation and they said in this circumstance we would have offered a full refund. The offered to convert my ticket into a voucher I could use till the end of 2022 with any of their airlines and had no idea why Cleartrip was saying they need to speak to them and happily left a remark on my ticket recommending a full refund. You thought that would help? Wrong. Since that remark, Cleartrip has now continued another three weeks of ridiculous automated emails with absolutely no indication of this remark or anything else helpful frankly. I'm very very sorry for you if you have to ever interact with Cleartrip support for anything. If you're booking a risky flight, be sure this is the wrong place for any kind of help.

Answer: Impossible. None of the contacts provided in the companies website are working. Customer service portal doesnot work. Only the refund related calls don't go through. All other dial options work. This looks like a complete fraud, which needs to be reported to the authority, which I will do if i do not get a response.
