Never ever book tickets through Cleartrip. I had a terrible experience with Cleartrip recently. Booked tickets through Cleartrip for my family. Had to cancel the tickets because of current corona situation. Even though the airlines (Indigo) cancelled the tickets with full refund, Cleartrip has deducted considerable amount from the refund amount. And their customer service is absolutely worst and pathetic, not able to reach at any way. I understand from online complaint section that many people are suffering because of unprofessional and unethical attitude of Cleartrip.
Cleartrip never responded to my email queries on time. Currently the online customer support is inactive. Horrible customer support and whenever you call to their customer support phone number in response you will be responded with a statement that " due to high volume of calls you are in a que and shall be attended shortly" which is usually never attended. Last time when I called them, I was notified with 5 days waiting period to be attended by their customer service. Can you believe this.
This is the most bad, worst customer service ever! I mean, there are some others but this company's customer service is 10x worst! My call took almost 45mins, 2 mins spoke to an agent and 43 minutes they put me on freaking hold! Then no one solves my issue. Don't ever use this site dude! Man, they sucks! Star rating -1.
The email says it all they got the money back from the airline but they never refunded to me and they have been writing automated, intimidating emails adding more nails to the coffin!

Site cancellation link not working, when i call to customer care they told should be do cancel 24 hours before, i answer i am trying since from 4 days on your site but cancel page not working-they said they cant help and no refund available, so that time on wards i stopped using for book flight by cleartrip.
I booked a return flight Goa to Mumbai April 2019 Air India rescheduled one of the flights after numerous phone calls ( beware mobile number not landline) still not got our refund back They don't answer emails don't pick up phone calls if they do they hang up this is a disgrace Would advice no one to book with Cleartrip they should be stopped from trading They must owe hundreds of pounds to customers who have problems Don't book Cleartrip Mr and Mrs Croft
Up until today, March 11th 2020, I am still waiting for that refund from Cleartrip. I have followed-up a lot of times and still I wasn't able to get it for 3 weeks now. It's just a shame that they don't seem to take this matter seriously? This is money of a customer that they should return.
Customer service dont know any thing and they will tell you any thing so that you dont get your refund. Very long hold for talking to customer service. They will transfer calls after long hold from one desk to another but will not give any solution.
I booked my flight through cleartrip for my travel from Singapore to Bangalore for 11 Feb2020. Then the flight was cancelled by go air airline. They haven't refunded my money until now. Its been a month already. Nobody is responding to calls or emails. Such a bad experience. They have taken my all money.

I got only AED100 back from flight booking of AED3000. I booked it considering refundable.
Refundable means they should deduct very min. If we are cancelling in line with the time line.

I only visited their site some weeks ago, today I found out they tried to deduct $NZ2827-00 from my Credit Card! I dont know how they got my Credit Card Number - I have used it to pay for flights on a different website - but STAY AWAY from Cleartrip.com! My Bank already had them on their fraud alert list so blocked the transaction! Lucky for me.
Unfortunately I have given wrong destiny when I am trying to get refund feom clear trip and from airlines refund money charges are different qhen I had call with customer care. Worst service i ever Had 10 K is loss because of Clear trip.

After writing my bad review after 2 months of chasing back my money, i received a call requesting the new trip booking cost details after they have failed to book my seat with the airline. They have told me it will take 5 to 7 working days for refund. It is already 2 weeks and I still did not receive my money. Since then, I called many times the agency and they have blocked my number. It is fraud to get back my money and they will never pay me back. AIRLINES please break contract with this agency as it is a fraud, thief and liar.
I have booked a ticket on cleartrip on 9th of February 2020 from Dubai to cochin for 3 people at 2400 AED. I am travelling on April 9th. We book the ticket in advance to avoid any price fluctualtions. But 2 days later the price has moved to 1600 Aed. So people who book in advance to avoid price hike are cheated. They run it like stock market. Every minute the price changes. They dont even bother when we call and inform this. They are cheaters and dont bother to book through cleartrip.
The price on their website while and after booking the flight ticket was showing as SR 872, however, they deducted from my card SR 1979. They are refusing to refund the difference although i have screenshots and proofs.

Answer: I'll keep it brief. We booked a ticket in August (India to Canada using Air France) this was before the air bubble restrictions were launched both on the website and in public knowledge. On the day of my Air France flight, Air France called me to tell me because of the airline restrictions I can't board the plane, the ticket was 1.83 lakhs for one way. We called Cleartrip right away to see what can be done about this - well firstly they've removed the option to call them so you're forced to email. They called us back and said we should hear back about a refund in two weeks. In two weeks nothing. As I mentioned that was August, it is now DECEMBER and we have had endless emails and calls with Cleartrip with no resolve. You'd think those emails would be something productive - but no! They are AUTOMATED emails, again and again. Every time someone calls me its a different person from their team who has no context about my use case and then says oh give us 72 hours to get back to you and then someone else calls me! And now they're saying because it's after the day of the flight that they can't guarantee the refund amount - have you heard of anyone cancelling a 1.83 lakh flight with NO GUARANTEE of the refund?! What if I get 100 rs back? Am I supposed to be okay with it? The biggest joke is that I called Air France directly and told them about this situation and they said in this circumstance we would have offered a full refund. The offered to convert my ticket into a voucher I could use till the end of 2022 with any of their airlines and had no idea why Cleartrip was saying they need to speak to them and happily left a remark on my ticket recommending a full refund. You thought that would help? Wrong. Since that remark, Cleartrip has now continued another three weeks of ridiculous automated emails with absolutely no indication of this remark or anything else helpful frankly. I'm very very sorry for you if you have to ever interact with Cleartrip support for anything. If you're booking a risky flight, be sure this is the wrong place for any kind of help.

Answer: Impossible. None of the contacts provided in the companies website are working. Customer service portal doesnot work. Only the refund related calls don't go through. All other dial options work. This looks like a complete fraud, which needs to be reported to the authority, which I will do if i do not get a response.
