Ordered May 1 and final delivery was received July 27. Customer Service was able to get a rush/interim shipment to me so that I had a few sets of contacts to keep me going until the full order arrived. Received regular updates.

I had trouble with the web site. The gentleman said that it had just been redone and there some issues. He also told me my contacts were discontinued. I use "bandaid contacts" and I'm in pain without it. My doctor was on vacation so I called back and the lovely lady had no idea what he was talking about. The contacts arrived 3 days later. Otherwise I never had a problem.

I've received the order perfectly but I can't speak about the product since I've been sticking to glasses lately and I haven't tested the contact lenses.

I visited the 4th Ave store had my eyes tested for both glasses and contact lenses. I selected some frames in the store that I am very happy with and the service was helpful and efficient. I went back to the store because my new prescription for contacts was not showing up online. I received those contacts and am also happy with those. This is the second time I have been asked this so please don't continue to suggest I need to fill out aother questionnaire. I'm happy with Clearly and will continue to use and recommend them.
My colleague recommended that I try Clearly and it was extremely easy and my contact lenses order arrived the next day. It was the most simple contact renewal process that I have ever had in my 30 years of wearing lenses!
The contacts don't fit very well as they move around my eyes quite a bit I'm having a hard time wearing them

Contact lenses are not a one-size-fits-all product - they are made with various different materials and come in different sets of parameters which are not always suitable for everyone. We recommend consulting your eye care professional before trying out a new product. They will measure the diameter and base curve of your eye and may give you trial lenses based on your contact lens fitting, medical history, and eye exam. Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!
Answer: Oh no! We're truly sorry to hear about this and apologize for the late reply. If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information. We'd love the chance for them to trouble-shoot the issue and help with any adjustment if necessary. - SH
