I highly recommend the splash contact lenses. They are affordable as well as durable and I've never had a problem with them, except sometimes they do not last as long as they should and they break fairly easily. However Iwill continue to purchase these lenses.

I just got a ruff date when my glasses will be done
It will take them over 30 days to get me my order and pour customer service.
Even with a credit i was not happy with clearly.ca

Not bad glasses. Should have more examples on why to get thinner lenses when selecting. I feel like now that ive realize the difference it would be an ez sell

I ordered some Rayban aviator prescription glasses on Clearly and i'm not quite happy about it. Packaging was really bad without any protection, glasses were loose in the box and could have broken during shipping. The lenses aren't the Rayban ones so not the original quality with the logo. Also, took almost 1 month before i received my order. I paid for express service, shipping and lens cutout was supposed to be faster. Will order at another company next time

I ordered my first pair june 2021. 3 months after the warranty they bubbled. U ordered the same pair in dec 2021 and they bubbled again. I requested a refund for both and they said it was wear and tear. Bull crap. I am making everyone on Facebook knows that clearly is a fraud.

Great experience ordering and receiving in short time period. Contacts are comfortable and just what I ordered.
Quick and easy! Love them! They fit my face and cost way less then if I went to an eye dr.
Glasses came in and fit perfectly, they look exactly like their picture.
Only downfall is shipping took so long and I even paid for express shipping so that was a bummer because I needed the glasses ASAP.
Update -
*I just thought I would add in and update my review. Someone from Clearly reached out shortly after my issues were reported and rectified everything with a full refund and paid postage to send back the product.

I've made 3 orders from Clearly, the first one was great, good product, prescription matched and price was unbeatable. I updated my prescription recently and wanted to order 3 more pairs of glasses. Followed the same process but my new glasses hurt my head and vision was blurry. I contacted Clearly customer service to correct the issue but they said it was the fault of my optometrist. Went to see him, confirmed the prescription was valid and bought glasses elsewhere. This took about 6 weeks to complete, by then it was too late to even try for a refund.
I decided that I wanted new prescription sunglasses and I had purchased before through Clearly. I used the OLD prescription that worked before and ordered them again. Clearly sent me standard lenses with no prescription in them. I called service to have them swapped out and they said that since the promotion was no longer offered that it would cost me twice as much if I wanted to exchange them.
Very disappointed because I had a great purchase a couple years ago. Something went downhill fast since then with their company, buyer beware.

Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!
Answer: Oh no! We're truly sorry to hear about this and apologize for the late reply. If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information. We'd love the chance for them to trouble-shoot the issue and help with any adjustment if necessary. - SH
