I took express shipping when you didn't have stocks. I had to wait 2 months for my contacts and had to buy to another seller as I was running out.
Ordered just before noon, Package was received before I even got home from work that day.
I received my order really fast which is amazing because I was short on contacts. It also came with some really cute and delicious gummy bear candies :)
Love the convenience but hate the high shipping and insurance fees! Especially a barrier when you need a smaller order, it negates any savings over retailers.
Also wish that you could use the free shipping and discount codes together, as is standard practice for other online retailers.
Insurance shouldnt be a requirement of ordering, but an option.
Also ship to store option should be free, as an alternate method for customers who want to save the high ship/insurance costs.
These issues have annoyed me enough over the last few years, Ive decided to make a point to buy elsewhere going forward unless this changes.

It was my first time ordering from Clearly and it was a success.
They came in a decent time and pricing was also decent although I was getting the same thing from Walmart Vision for anout $20-$40 cheaper.
Hello, the sales process was fine, but I was surprised at the (lack of) quality of the glasses, they seem VERY flimsy. They are the Reincarnate Albatross RSO2020 C01 Matte Black (53). At this price (100$ +) they seem very poorly made.
I will not hesitate to ask for a free replacement if they break quickly.

Abit of a hiccup at the beginning, with my orders, but got it sorted out pretty quickly.

I received my glasses in a very fast delivery time. They're a perfect fit and so comfortable. I've been a contact lense wearer for year because glasses were never comfortable and always bothered my nose. My new glasses checked all the boxes for satisfactory level. Excellent service and quality merchandise.
Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!
Answer: Oh no! We're truly sorry to hear about this and apologize for the late reply. If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information. We'd love the chance for them to trouble-shoot the issue and help with any adjustment if necessary. - SH
