Ordered 3 pairs of glasses. Different times. Same prescription that i have been using for years. Correct pd. Was not able to see properly unless i pulled the glasses away from my face.

Compared with my last pair of konishi frames these are not very good. The arms flair out at the sides which seems to reduce the over length of the arms. Mine barely make it behind my ears and I have had many near misses where the glasses almost came off my face onto the floor because of this. Another disappointment was the choice of colors with only a forest green and white to choose from.

I had trouble with frame sizes etc. Not obvious enough instructions for that online, I think. Called and Philip j was very patient and helpful. Frames needed some tweaking when arrived. Very happy with the new specs.

Ordered 2 pairs of glasses and they arrived quickly and am very happy with them. One pair needs to be taken in and the arms need to be slightly adjusted, but that is not a issue at all. Very pleased with the quality and the low price paid!

I don't mind my glasses but in the photo its more brown then green or turquoise and the glasses I received are completely turquoise/greeny blue with the tiniest amount of brown.

Very easy to order and came when expected. Super light weight and the photochromic change provides for a very dark lense in bright sun - perfect!:-)

Orders 2 pairs of prescription sunglasses. Love them both but one pair is too big so will need to take them in to bed adjusted.
I ordered two pairs of glasses and one pair was the wrong size and Clearly took them back hassle free!
I never buy my glasses at the optometrist. I only order from Clearly.

We'll be more than happy to help you find that next great pair soon! We have some great tools available on our website to help you with this, like the MyFit tool, (which filters out all frames by your preferred measurements). From there, you can narrow down your search even more by color, shape, material etc. We also have a great Virtual Try On tool (which lets you view how the frames will look like on first, before making your final decision)!

My optician confirmed to me that my new glasses made by Clearly.ca were bang-on accurate to my eyesight prescription! I'm thinking of ordering a second pair!

I got my contacts within a week. It was super simple-- just had to enter the digits on my previous contact lenses box and they knew what I was looking for exactly! 10/10 would order again.

Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!
Answer: Oh no! We're truly sorry to hear about this and apologize for the late reply. If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information. We'd love the chance for them to trouble-shoot the issue and help with any adjustment if necessary. - SH
