This is the second order that the workmanship on the frames have been poor. I will return the items.
Also, I am still waiting for a refund from an order that I returned back in July.
The order arrived lightning fast. Part of my order was missing when it arrived. I called, and the missing items arrived the next day. The customer care agent I spoke to took my issue seriously, apologized for the error, and fixed the problem efficiently. I don't recall being on hold or in queue at all. I will definately order again.

My prescription was written wrong- entirely human error on my part. When I got the wrong glasses, I contacted support and they offered me a full refund and applied my coupon code again. Wonderful customer service for such a big company. Thanks.

After placing my order I was informed that the glass option I used was out of stock and wouldn't be restocked in a week, so they sent the more expensive instock ones no extra charge. Pretty good service

Great experience. Online choices is very hard for me. We went to the Clearly store at Queen St. W in Toronto. SO happy to have found that store and actually see what the glasses look like on. Then the online order arrived at our home in less time than expected. Both my husband and I are very satisfied customers.

I really liked my new glasses and sunglasses. My only con was I did reach out to customer service twice to change my sunglasses to the tortoise shell arms instead of pink immediately after my order was placed online. I was told no problem it would be changed after going through 2 different reps. The first had me holding and the conversation just stopped and transferred to a new person. I had to explain everything again. I was told it was all changed and then still ended up with the pink armed sunglasses. I just kept them ad it would have been a hassle to send back.
I was able to complete my order online in one morning successfully. The agent was very competent.

Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!
Answer: Oh no! We're truly sorry to hear about this and apologize for the late reply. If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information. We'd love the chance for them to trouble-shoot the issue and help with any adjustment if necessary. - SH
