My glasses arrived earlier than expected, and they have quickly become my new favorite frames. I have been receiving many compliments.
Ordered Proclear Toric contact lenses and they all ripped off. First one lasted 5 days and it disintegrated in the solution during the night. Same thing for the second one that lasted 2 days. The third one split while I was wearing them... super painful.
I've been wearing the same contact lenses for more than a decade and it never happened to me. Not sure if I got scammed with counterfeit lenses but it sure looks like it. I contacted support and they made it sound like my prescription is wrong. Nothing has changed with it except -0.25 in power.
You can check reviews on the website, it looks like I'm not the only one who had to deal with this. I guess we all had the wrong prescription? The only reason I ordered from Clearly was to save a couple of bucks but next time I'll pay premium and order from my local clinic.
The thing that angers me the most is that I waited a month and a half to receive my order. It kept getting backordered over and over again. That's why I'm wondering if they're legit. Are they even made by CooperVision? Where did they get them from? Even the boxes are different from the ones that I bought from IRIS in September.
Anyway, super disappointed.

Great experience. Very helpful and attentive. My eye exam was tops and the doctor did extra procedures that no other doctor did before. Very thorough. The one thing I have noted to them, with a trip back in after buying online, was that one set has a arm style that is quite sharp. Most of my glasses have a smooth tapered end, while these had no bevel. Resulting in the arms creating a sore on the inside of the ear closest to the head. They did adjust them but the pain is still there with the rubbing. I don't think online there is an option for what type of arms they are, before buying.

I purchased my new glasses completely unsure and apprehensive about what to expect. They showed up quickly and are the correct prescription. The frames need an adjustment, and I haven't gotten to it yet so I'm not wearing them. But overall I'm happy with the experience, impressed with the value, and will definitely shop again!

When I ordered frames from EyeByeDirect a few months ago, I had to pay extra for a soft case. When my glasses arrived from Clearly, they came in a HARD case, free of charge! I'm crushed. Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!
Answer: Oh no! We're truly sorry to hear about this and apologize for the late reply. If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information. We'd love the chance for them to trouble-shoot the issue and help with any adjustment if necessary. - SH
