Wish I can give 0 stars

So I don't know if is covid issue but they MESSED up my order twice. I brought 4 boxes of contact lenses and only given two boxes. I message them and thought they were nice to resent me the box with proof of photo sent. After I recieved second time I was given three of the same prescription and one of the other prescription which I order two of the different prescription in total four boxes.

Never order from this place. They didn't even give discount or any compensation after sending mistake twice. Worst customer service stay away from this place for good!

Clearly attempted to help this customer through the SmartCustomer Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

No hassle glasses for a great price

Ordering from Clearly's website is quite easy, especially with the ability to virtually try on glasses. I received my order within 2 weeks, so it's faster than the optometrist

I needed to return the product and get new glasses and the return was processed in minuyres and new glasses ordered immediately. The staff was excellent and very happy with new glasses 5 days later

Website is super easy to use, love the feature where you can try on glasses using FaceTime! Glasses arrived quickly and order was perfect, plus they give 40% off your first pair! Have already recommended to friends and considering the glasses are ready to wear quicker than if I had ordered at a brick and mortar, I will definitely be ordering again!

If the arms are a bit too long for you, we recommend taking them in to a local optical shop where they can heat and re-form the arms to fit better around your head; this usually helps them be more comfortable. Hi, I received my eyeglasses four to five weeks ago. I was thrilled to have them! It just took me a few days to get used to this new prescription. It is great! However, there is something that is new to me: these eyeglasses are slipping down my nose. Could you please tell what I could do to avoid it? Because of the pandemic, I am not allowed to go to an eyeglasses store to have them fixed. I would really appreciate your help and I do thank you all for such great service. God bless you.

Delayed in delivery

I enjoyed the experience of purchasing my glasses at the store however the delays in getting my glasses was a disappointment. It wasn't until I called the toll free number was I notified that there was an issue with my order - causing a further 1 week delay
