So I don't know if is covid issue but they MESSED up my order twice. I brought 4 boxes of contact lenses and only given two boxes. I message them and thought they were nice to resent me the box with proof of photo sent. After I recieved second time I was given three of the same prescription and one of the other prescription which I order two of the different prescription in total four boxes.
Never order from this place. They didn't even give discount or any compensation after sending mistake twice. Worst customer service stay away from this place for good!
Great website would recommend 10/10! It was easy to order, fast to ship and the price was the best I could find.

Ordering from Clearly's website is quite easy, especially with the ability to virtually try on glasses. I received my order within 2 weeks, so it's faster than the optometrist

This is my 3rd time ordering glasses. The process is easy and the glasses are just how I thought they would be.
Website is super easy to use, love the feature where you can try on glasses using FaceTime! Glasses arrived quickly and order was perfect, plus they give 40% off your first pair! Arrived in perfect condition! Glasses fit well except the arms are a little longer than expected but overall they are great glasses.

If the arms are a bit too long for you, we recommend taking them in to a local optical shop where they can heat and re-form the arms to fit better around your head; this usually helps them be more comfortable. For the price i feel like these contacts don't last long. My eyes are forever dry and the contacts are uncomfortable

Hi, I received my eyeglasses four to five weeks ago. I was thrilled to have them! It just took me a few days to get used to this new prescription. It is great! However, there is something that is new to me: these eyeglasses are slipping down my nose. Could you please tell what I could do to avoid it? Because of the pandemic, I am not allowed to go to an eyeglasses store to have them fixed. I would really appreciate your help and I do thank you all for such great service. God bless you.

I enjoyed the experience of purchasing my glasses at the store however the delays in getting my glasses was a disappointment. It wasn't until I called the toll free number was I notified that there was an issue with my order - causing a further 1 week delay

Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!
Answer: Oh no! We're truly sorry to hear about this and apologize for the late reply. If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information. We'd love the chance for them to trouble-shoot the issue and help with any adjustment if necessary. - SH
