A very smooth experience from the time I chose my frame to the time I received my prescribed glasses. Great selection of frames to choose from at awesome prices and offers a variety of lenses (blue light protection, transitions, ect). I am very satisfied with my choice of frame and lenses and the money saved that I will definitely be back for more.

I bought the first pair - wrong prescription. I bought the second pair - the frames were uncomfortable. Bought the third pair - jackpot! And every time, the customer care was great! My refunds came quickly too.
The glasses are as described and look like they did in the virtual preview. The white arms are pretty and add a great accent. Shape is also unique and unlike the ones I've worn before. The individual reviews helped me choose this type of glasses for smaller faces.
The delivery was within a few days, which I was really pleased with... The contacts are comfortable to wear. The packaging of the contacts are a little fragile when you tear them apart ( easy to open the next pair by error)... Overall I am very pleased...
Everything was smooth and easy, my glasses arrived early and I love them! The ordering process was simple and there were so many different options to make sure I was getting the most out of my money. I'll definitely be ordering from clearly again in the future when it's time for a new pair!
Heather was our primary contact and she was wonderful with my son. She made him feel special and let him talk to his hearts content. When we had issues with one pair of glasses she went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved. We will be back when it's time for another new pair
Was a week longer then estimated. Was reimbursed my expedited shipping fees since I clearly was not getting my glasses on time. Wife ordered 2 pairs and only 1 showed up. They are resending the 2nd pair but wife will need to wait a few more weeks. If you have a month to wait for glasses its a good deal. But if your looking for a replacement, your going without for a while even if you pay for expedited shipping.

The frames were nice, seemed of good quality. But since I need bifocals the measurements seemed a tad off. For single vision this is a great option though.

Bought 2 pairs of prescription sunglasses. They are excellent and very cost effective compared to getting them at my optometrist
Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!
Answer: Oh no! We're truly sorry to hear about this and apologize for the late reply. If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information.
