The person who packages the contacts always puts in some kind of candy (which I LOVE!)—it's so cute and unique! Shipping is always fast, their website is easy to navigate, the package is easily tracked, and the frequent deals make it the best destination for eyewear (at least for me!).
Got an email saying my order was delivered to my address when it actually wasn't. You guys had the wrong address. I went up the street knocking on doors and no one had it. Called you guys and spoke to someone who was checking for my order and said they would call back. They never did. I finally went to the post office one day out of curiosity to see it it was there and it was. They were about to send the parcel back because the address on the parcel did not exist which I explained to you guys. This was over a month ago and it's only now you are asking if I received my order. I have been a loyal customer for years and have ordered many pairs of glasses. Not ever ordering from you again. Very very disappointed

Good overall, very affordable glasses. Came very fast, with a very good safe packaging.
I purchased 2 glasses. One was perfect but the had an issue with the prescription. After sending some pictures while wearing the glasses to customer service, I was able to send them back to be fixed. A few weeks later I got my glasses back. They are perfect now. Very worth it.

Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!
Answer: Oh no! We're truly sorry to hear about this and apologize for the late reply. If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information.
