All was fine with the purchase but I got a confirmation email about 3 weeks later. Which was odd so I ignored it but now I'm getting this confirmation request another week later.
I am satisfied with the process, from the order to shipment to delivery.
I just hope they will just give samples of contact lens solution or something a client will enjoy

Contacts arrive promptly and I get a good giggle and thoroughly enjoy the little bags of gummy bears that have arrived with them the last couple of times

I've been wearing contacts for 16 years. These are pretty good, more comfortable than many other non-night/day contacts I've worn. Have been wearing this brand for 1.5 months now, taking them out at night. I don't like the feeling the next morning when I try to wear them overnight but I always had an issue with dry eyes. I originally was supposed to get lasik but hoping I could adjust to wearing these a full week. If I can update I will!

I can't find a receipt for my contacts. Is it possible to get one emailed to me?
I ordered my usual contacts from Clearly and they arrived on time and in perfect shape. They are always consistent in having the product I need and with delivery. Also saves a few dollars compared with ordering from my optometrist.
The contacts ship to me rural community quite quickly and the price is very reasonable.
Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!

If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information. We'd love the chance for them to trouble-shoot the issue and help with any adjustment if necessary. - SH
