When the box that contained the AA & 9V Duracell batteries arrived there was major damage to the side of the box. There was a large hole in the side of the box and all the items in the box were tumbled in all directions. Also and this is the part I have a problem with... More than 1/2 of each of the battery types are missing. Both boxes were destroyed and what was left over of the batteries were loose in the bottom of the box. The box of fig newtons which was also in the box looked like someone had stepped on them. Could you please tell me what I need to do to get these items replaced. I understand it was damaged in shipping, but I will tell you there was not near enough air bags in the box to stabilize everything.
