I order things all the time from this company. It is great quality, great prices, and speedy delivery.

They were not for my style toilet seats... they are slow rise toilet seats no slam... they have a little curve towards inside of seat... that wouldn't allow them to work... so. They are refunding me and was told to keep toss or whatever I wanted... I was ready to return but. They said more for return label cost...?

After researching options for office chairs, I found a brand and model that I wanted. CleanItSupply sold that particular chair and the price was the best I could find. Initially, I ordered the chair and was charged shipping even though my order qualified for free shipping. I called customer service and was credited the shipping value. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful - a very pleasant buying experience. I would recommend to anyone.

I have ordered these towels several times since the Covid pandemic started. They are good quality and with the pandemic a great resource. We like them so much I will probably keep them around for guests so there is always a clean towel available.

So far the bottles seem to be sturdy and will work great for our use. Thank you!

Bought case of ivory dish soap. 2 bottles leaked all over the box. Might be helpful if tops where taped down.

Part of one box of product was short and the company replied back to me email in a timely fashion and sent a whole box of product to replace the short shipped box. Very good customer service. Will def. Continue to use them on that alone!

Ordering is good customer service is great. The shipping methods not so good in each and every delivery my products are damaged or spilled always needing to be replaced.

Pricing was great, delivery was so bad every ream of paper was not usable, all had damage.
People who listened to my complaint were very nice.
I'm not a satisfied customer due to difficulty with the product i received (total trash) and the process to get it replaced.

I ordered three things on March 11, I ordered three things, I only received one product and not three. I am now in need of the other two products I didn't get. I am the Director of a childcare center and it's very frustrating not having what I need.

Tried to cancel my order after seeing the insane shipping charge.
Refuse delivery, because they only give 15 minutes to cancel an order.
Well I tried to cancel in less then that.
They keep you on hold till you time is up before they get an associate talks to you.
Plus, they send pop ups to pay fast or prices change in 15 minutes!

I will tell every cleaning company we work with to
NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
