Told customer services about my problem. They informed me that the VPN I need to use should be a premium VPN to change my IP address to the desired country in which the code works in, and then my code should work. So I then made the additional purchase of the premium VPN, and tried all the different regions they told me to try and still my code is not working. I once again informed customer services about this and now to top it all off they are ignoring my emails.

Not very happy at all, I'd avoid at costs. As things stand, I've paid £33 for a product I cannot receive, and i'm being blatantly ignored but 'customer services'.

The first thing that those who think that it is possible to buy here cheaper should pay attention to. It's completely untrue, programs are offered cheaper than official sellers - just a few pounds... and hassle with approvals, installations, etc. much more. I bought Adobe Elements from them for £79 when the official seller is offering it for £83:-( For those few pounds saved, I barely spent a couple of days with all kinds of confirmations and as a result, the Video Editor still doesn't work, because the serial number of the program received is invalid. I will never buy anything from them again and I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone else to do so. A waste of time and money.

Ca. A monts ago i bought a ms office key. I got the key, but it didnt worked. I asked the support to help me. Every text was sent by an other supporter, who didnt read the conversations before, so didnt know where the things are, just sent some formular text, repeating theyself. Now i asked my money back, but they not respond anymore...

Will not send me a code to authenticate my phone number, also can not cancel my order due to this reason-

"Your order is currently processing. Please wait for this to be completed before requesting cancellation"

So am just stuck waiting sent customer service a message about 16 hours ago to try and get a cancellation as am not interested in buying the game from CJS, asking me after the fact to authenticate my phone number and never sending the code to my phone this has annoyed me just wasting my time

I Will never use CJS again due to how slow and incompetent the system is.

Edit this is their response cowboy company do what they like.

I got the game I desired much all because of CJS-CDKEYS at a less price than imaginable.

This company are scammers. DO NOT TRUST THEIR OFFERS. THEY WILL SCAM YOU. There are plenty of fake reviews here. They sell some real keys and others are fake, so they go under the radar.

THE CODE WON'T WORK. THEN THEY WILL SAY THEY WILL REFUND YOU - instead they will stall you for months for a refund.

DON'T LISTEN TO THEM - when they say don't make a PayPal dispute DON'T LISTEN. MAKING A PAYPAL DISPUTE IS THE ONLY WAY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

AVOID CJS CD KEYS!

Absolute worst site and service i have dealt with,purchased a code and got stuck in verification,send in all the information and never got any reply,only get bot replies on email with no further action

They knowingly send codes with the wrong amount paid for and as soon as it's redeemed the say it's not their problem.
Paid for 12m xbox live and got 7 months
Constantly getting bad reviews taken down to manipulate the reviews, nothing but a scam

I bought the wrong key no knowing this key was from Brazil, I explained this to the customer help desk and they refunded me once someone had bought the one I have bought prior

Paid, the game code was not received, it is obviously an informal, fake page. It's miserable to take people's money in this way

They send me invalid key and i opened a ticker hoping they will resolve the problem by sending working key, but i get nothing. Customer service response ones in 3 - 4 days. Just keep away from them.

I ordered an XBOX Game Pass Ultimate 6 Months from them and they sent me after trying to activate it on my XBOX X a 3 Month CD Key total con I've emailed them if they don't respond or use excuses I'll contact PayPal class it as fraud

Overall i'm really happy with the service provided. All is great! Thank you so much and look forward to using yu again.

Needed Office 2021 and purchased download from CJS-CDKEYS. Got email with key and link to site to download. Link to site did not connect. No response to complaint for two days. In the meantime sourced elsewhere. Response admitted link was not working and gave another. Replied that it was not needed as I had got what I wanted elsewhere and would like a refund.

Declined but said they would attempt to resell the key and then refund.

Advised PayPal of the situation and was refunded within 5 minutes of logging the issue.

Do not use!

I was supposed to get a CD key, but I was offered a gift. I asked for a refund but they denied it. Will dispute. Also, it's not instant delivery. So false advertisement.

Bought a key on the 24 of April. This key originally worked for the first month or so then randomly one day the computer tell me the key is invalid because it is in use on another PC. I contacted them thinking this would be an easy fix... boy was I WAY off. They started, reasonably, asking for verification pictures. I accidentally sent a video (. MP4, my mistake) after taking a screenshot of the information they wanted from the video (and verifying its clear) and sending it to them I get a response back saying its not clear enough. I then ZOOMED IN and took another screenshot (readable by my 86 year old grandmother WITHOUT HER GLASSES!). STILL ITS NOT CLEAR ENOUGH! I have send everything I can think of (copy of registry have from windows, screenshot of Magic Jelly Bean Keyfinder with the key they sold me listed MORE THAN CLEARLY and even more screenshots of the computer getting to the screen where the validity of your key is expressed). I cannot think of what more I can do to appease these people. I have opened a PayPal ticket an hopefully I get my 7.99GBP back.

So... Buyer beware! This company is a joke. They sell software keys and have no idea how to verify information when someone has a bad key. I tried at this point to offer them suggestions (like TeamViewer or Anydesk, sending my. Reg file and even giving instructions on how to open it) I give up. They will have to deal with PayPal now and all my bad reviews.

Had My Money Stolen And Terrible Customer Service!
I bought an xbox live gold code for the UK and received a faulty code that wasn't for the UK.
After I reported it I had to jump through a few hoops and talk to the Microsoft service team to gather evidence, after that we just went round in circles. I was asked to send them the same evidence multiple times untill the emails went stale and they just started ignoring me, so I opened up another complaint, just for the exact same thing to happen again.
I then opened up a complaint with CJS CD Keys directly and had a more official line of emails only for the same thing to happen again!
It's now been nearly two months since buying the code, no replacement and no refund, just being blanked.
I'm now having to go through my bank to try and get my money back.
It might seem more convenient and cheeper to buy from CJS CD keys but for the small amount of money your saving and the risk you're taking if something goes wrong, I highly recomend you just go to the shops and spend your money where you know you're not going to be robbed or scammed.
