I understand that the keys might not work all times, so I'm open to change my review if the team contact me and provide another key that works in a timely manner, otherwise I would like a full refund asap.

I purchased a Microsoft 365 key that simply wouldn't activate. After raising a support ticket, I was given a series of troubleshooting steps and asked to provide screenshots of the results. Despite following all instructions and confirming the issue persisted, my request for a refund was denied.

The company cited their terms and conditions, specifically:

2.1. Product guarantees, returns and refunds:
For game and software codes, once the code has been delivered and used by the customer there is no return or refund of any kind.

I explained that the key hadn't been "used" at all—that was the issue—but they still refused to offer a refund. Instead, they proposed to "re-sell" the key on my behalf, with the promise of a refund only if it sold and was successfully activated by someone else. Given the circumstances, I had little confidence in that outcome.

Thankfully, I paid via PayPal and was able to raise a dispute. The refund was issued immediately.

Needless to say, I won't be returning to this seller.

Bought an XBOX pass from them only to find out that it was already redeemed before it was sent to me by someone in Poland. Contacted support they where no help and treated me as if i was lying to them even though i had provided clear screenshots. In the end they just stopped replying to me, and ultimately scammed me out of my money. Used them in the past but will never use them again.

This company is a scam. I purchased a 2-year Kaspersky license for 3 devices, but they sent me a key that only lasted 247 days. When I contacted them for a resolution, they offered store credit instead of a full refund, which is completely unacceptable. I paid for a product, not store credit. Their customer service is unhelpful and dismissive. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company if you value your money.

Total rubbish! The key they sent me for MS Office 365 Family did not work. Microsoft did not recognise the key, which I guess means someone made it up. I have contacted Cjscdkeys Zendesk numerous times about this and am continually fobbed off. Waste of money dealing with this lot of bloody robbers.

Scammed - sadly, this is the only logical conclusion after 3 months of dealing with CJS Keys Team. I have lost $50, let it be a warning for you, potential customer. What has happened is that I ordered a Steam Key, got a Steam Gift instead, and asked a refund. The CJS Keys Team has quickly revoked my access to the gift, and did not issue a refund even though they, mail after mail, reassured me that they would if anyone else bought the game. I don't believe they did not sell BG3 a single time since December 2024, and this also does not explain why can't I even access the gift. Beware.

Purchased a voucher code for a piano teaching app to unlock 3 months subscription but the code had already been redeemed, cjscdkeys has done nothing whatsoever to replace the code for another or to issue a refund. Please do not use this company, they take your money and give you nothing. BE WARNED

I purchased a 1-year subscription to Microsoft Personal 365. When I tried to redeem the product key, Microsoft told me the key had already been claimed by someone else more than one month ago. Absolutely disappointing! Waiting for CJS CDKeys to give me a solution, this is unacceptable! KEEP AWAY FROM CJS CDKEYS!

I purchased several game keys from CJS CD Keys, but unfortunately, the last key I bought was fraudulent. As a result, Nintendo banned my online account, leaving me unable to play online or use my games—costing me hundreds of pounds.

I contacted CJS CD Keys' customer service months ago, requesting a refund for the game and my Nintendo Switch, but they have done nothing to resolve the issue.

Be cautious before purchasing from this site!

I bought 3 times from this website cause i got refund for each order and non of the keys are working. They have the worst customer service, if your key will not work you will have very hard time to get them, only bots responding, no live chat. I am waiting for my refund more then 2 weeks and still no luck. I bought from several cd keys companies like this and never got this level of contempt. I will never recommend this company cause they treating customers like sh*t and only want to take money from them. They gave me refund to the store credit twice and not to the original payment method and that's says why they care only about money. Welp i suggesting to look for other website if you want get a cheaper game.
Also i forgot to mention that you might get a gift link that will not work instead of cd key as they listing in product page.

Extremely poor customer support. They were unhelpful and did not resolve my problem. Very disappointing experience!

Wouldn't recommend this site so far at all. Bought a 3 month Adobe subscription and the code is invalid. So far I have had one support agent ask for the exact thing I had already sent (a screenshot of the error code) and now no help at all. Complete waste of money, poor service and highly suspecting a scam. I wouldn't have bothered writing this review but they have sent multiple emails asking for 5 star reviews...5 stars for what exactly?!

Key purchased had already been used- sent a support ticket but after a day and a half they've failed to get back to me since their first reply

I did recieve a refund after requesting through paypal after about a week. Multiple staff in the support ticket saying different things also which i found strange

1 of out 3 successful transactions so far, refunds take some time, while multiple staff joins the ticket for some reason?

Waiting 10 days for a refund and just get ignored! I have raised 2 tickets and they send the same reply and ignore screenshots showing the issue.

Scam, I buy a key and i receive a used key. The Support team respond fast but dont give me a soluction. So they steal my money.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE I PAID FOR A GAME THIS WEEK THEY SENT ME A JPEG OF NOTHING I RAISED IT AND WAS TOLD TO REBOOT, REFRESH, SEND SCREENSHOTS, NO REPLY SO RAISED A DIFFERENT TICKET GOT WAS TOLD I WOULD BE CONTACTED WITHIN MAX 12 HRS, NEXT DAY ASKED FOR UDATE, NO REPLY, SAID I WOULD POST MULTIPLE BAD REVIEWS IF THEY DID NOT CONTACT ME TO RESOLVE, WAS SENT A SEPARATE EMAIL WITH NO UPDATE JUST A LINK TO TRUST PILOT TO LEAVE MY REVIEWS, ONCE THEY TAKE UR MONEY THEY DONT CARE, THEY ARE REGISTERED OFFSHORE SO CAN ACT WITH IMPUNITY BE WARNED LOTS OF BAD REVIEWS WHEN YOU LOOK INTO THEM

I bought 2x 12 month subscriptions for xbox core, what they sent me were two 6 month codes. I sent them an email to complain and they quickly responded asking for proof/account screenshots. I sent those through the same day and silence since then, no response to any of my follow up emails. Scammers. I'll be asking my credit card company for a chargeback
