I paid for a Xbox Game Pass code. The code I was provided from CJS-CDKEYS was invalid, showing as already redeemed. When I contacted them, instead of offering assistance the first level support response told me I must have entered it incorrectly. When I used screenshots to prove them wrong the next level of "support" sent me a long list of requirements that I was expected to use my time to complete, providing them screenshots of every bit of my private Xbox account, my bank history, my Xbox account history and numerous other requests that accused me of lying and having to prove my innocence that I'm not a theif.
I'm not, and I'm out the money CJS-CDKEYS actually did steal from me.
Ordered a Key and followed the instructions, Key doesn't not work and they are ignoring my emails.
Reporting to my credit card as fraudulent transaction
Can only assume this is a SCAM... AVOID AVOID AVOID
I bought a serial number for AIDA64...never worked...and after 20 hours still waiting support answers me...really WTF...
I've contacted CJS-CDKeys about this. They said the would escalate the issue to their 2nd tier support team. Haven't received a new key or a refund. So this rating could go higher or lower depending on how they handle the problem.
I get the best prices on all software and the like from this site. I haven't bought anywhere else in a while.
I have bought from this site numerous times, love the prices and the ease of purchase. The selection is also great.

Key said it would be delivered in "2 hours". That was 7 days ago.
Raised a ticket 5 hours after purchase and was told to open Autokey - which I was doing, giving me the 2 hour message.
Not had a reply since, despite constantly asking if they are going to help, asking for refund etc.
Just buy elsewhere and save yourself the headache.
This is the 3rd time I've had an issue with them, you know the rule: 3 strikes and you're out.

Wouldn't recommend - used them for a while but eventually been stung with a CD key which hasn't worked (same as a couple of other people I know). Initially received a response to my ticket within a few minutes, but complete silence following a reply to their unhelpful advice. Currently opened a ticket with PayPal to try and get my money back.
I waited as long as I could before doing this because I am working through an issue with the codes I was given. I wanted to give them a chance but it's taking too long. I ordered Hogwarts and 6 months of Xbox game pass ultimate. Hogwarts worked as advertised without issue. The 6 months of Gamepass Ultimate that was supposed to be working before Christmas did not. I emailed support and the first person simply advised me to send in a screenshot. I sent one for both codes after they were entered with the error code, AND my current Gamepass status which shows I'm definitely NOT already rolling with the additional 6 months I purchased. 2 days later I get another email with SPECIFIC instructions this time saying that I need to send pics of before code and after code entered, gamepass status, purchase history with Microsoft and finally, a transcript with Microsoft support where they indicate when the codes were used. I'm currently holding in position 24 in the chat queue. I have a job, wife and kids and I don't work tech support for this code company, but I feel like I am right now. So as a person that knows they didn't do anything wrong I'm shocked I have to jump through all of these hoops to prove that THEIR codes they sent were already used prior to me getting them. Are they going to reimburse me for my time? I'm sure they won't. So 1 for 3 on codes with this company. I won't be using them again going forward. Since they are insinuating I'm lying about using these codes by making me do this, I'll say feel like they used stall tactics instead of correcting the issues. Some people may quit and give up.
Bought an Xbox VPN activated key. Whole process from putting in basket to having game on my Xbox took 10 minutes at the most. Would definitely buy again. Instructions were clear and easy to follow.
I paid for a 12 month PS4 subscription card on this site for £59.30. In return, although they tagged their code as a "12 month playstation plus essentials subscription", on introducing the code in PSN, my account was credited with £50, not a 1 year subscription. Do not trust this site. It is a scam
Always use these guys for console top ups/subscriptions. Best prices and easy to use! If you have VPN, then you can get even cheaper offers.
I have been using CJS-CDKeys for many years now and can honestly say they always have the best prices. I never have any issues using their codes with the instructions they provide, and they remain my go-to website for discount codes for the software I need.
Contacted straight away that my partner had ordered the wrong key so I purchased the right key and pointed this out via ticket as pointed out to me. Told I would be contacted about a refund but never got contacted or a reply they just took my money.
With Mocrosoft 365 being the normal mode of accessing an office package, I was pleased that I now have the option of standalone installation for customers who do not have a big presence on the Internet or a microsoft account!
I have used CJS - CDKEYS about 6 times in my role as IT supplier and have always had hassle free service from start to finish! All of the products are as described and do the required job! Great service.

Raised rating from 1 star to 3 stars, because of refund.
The refund was offered from CJS-Support, case was also disputed via PayPal.

After clicking the option "Collect Key" on the Autokey page, I get following errors (see attached pictures).
Wrote a ticket, only got a non helpful answer within 1 minute, telling me to either wait till the game is released or just wait -but if I still should get an " API Declined order" message, I should just contact support again.
The game I bought (Stellaris) was released 2016, so the first suggestion makes absolutely no sense.
So I contacted the support again, that I am still experiencing issues getting the key (added some screenshots). But did not receive an answer nor a quick response. So now I am sitting here +48 hours waiting for a solution. I cant even cancel the order, because now the Autokey site says "- Sorry, we cannot cancel orders which have already been dispatched."
How frustrating...
Well, then I thought I`ll just contact Paypal to cancel the order instead. But if you do so, CJS warns you, that if you are going to dispute the transaction it will take even longer if you want to solve the case via Paypal "... up to 14 days" - says CSJ.
Okay, my next step was to write another ticket that I just want to cancel my order instead, because that whole scenario is so frustrating. But I just got informed that I already have an open ticket, and I should instead reply to the request/issue I already opened.
"CSJ also states that tickets will be responded within 12 hours, and most problems are solved within 24 hours". Which I sadly can not confirm in the slightest.
Now here I am without an key, nor with the money I paid for the product. -Waiting 48 hours for an answer, approaching the weekend (in which I wont get any help because the support is not available on weekends).
A support experience that is definitely on the short end.
Scams and lies, i bought i games key from this website, they didnt send a key, just said we ganna add u on steam and send the game as a gift, every 5m new accounts added me up to more than 10 accounts which seems like hack and scam and none send the game, the support didnt answer, so just avid those people.
Still waiting on 9 office 2021 license keys...they did not work and I opened up multiple tickets with no resolution going on 3 months.
I have multiple tickets going on for months with very limited communication or resolution. I have about 6 or 7 license keys that I need refunded to purchase more but no one is responding...I have a total of 29 back and fourth messages for over a month and still nothing...there phone # does not work so you have to wait and wait for them. I paid £7.99 for the top tier "Random CD Key", which is for a random key worth between £19.99 to £59.99 according to their website. I received a trash game that's £4.45 on Steam and it is not on sale - this is the regular price. I've been in contact with CJS support numerous times and they are giving me the run around, they keep asking me to provide the game code, a link to the Steam store and my order ID - I've provided them with this twice, they take a month to reply, ask me to provide the same information "if you feel there has been an error", and say they can't issue a refund or a replacement game. Yes, you heard that right - the company the trades in CD keys can't issue me a goodwill key to correct their own mistake. This is a blatant scam. Do not waste your money. They also replied claiming that the keys are all completely random and they can't control what you receive. They should not be completely random - if you have different price tiers £0.99, £1.99 and £7.99, the keys should only be random within those pricing brackets, otherwise there is no point in spending more than £0.99. Absolutely ridiculous. I've purchased many games from CJS in the past, and they've all been fine, but please avoid these "random keys", they are a complete scam, do not waste your money.
These are scammers, they sell 'lifetime' keys that expire within months and they refuse to replace them.
It is extremely likely the keys they sell were not legitimate in the first place - this is straight up fraud
