I initially had an issue with a windows 11 key I purchased but customer service were helpful and had it replaced within a few days

I needed to upgrade my software for research related to a uni assignment. CJS-CDKEYS was a easy and simple process and I got my order immediately without any fuss.

Ordered YouTube Premium - account didn't work and wouldn't let me sign in citing security concerns. Contacted support - been to and from with them for 6 weeks! No resolution, refused to give a refund, keep trying to troubleshoot without any success. Shame as had good experiences some time ago, looks like has gone downhill.

They are not the best prices. Too slow to process. Keys are supposed to instantly collected. 2 days I can't collect. They say the are checking. The amount withdrawn from my card already! They are putting some adds which looks like customer service. When you click it, ut asks yiu to pay for assistance. Eneba.com gives keys in 30 seconds and better prices

I bought a Microsoft Office 365 Family key. It didn't work. 3 days later and I have no replacement or refund.

Did exactly as promised: a great software deal, an amazing price, and very prompt delivery! Well definitely be using again.

Payment method delivery is fast. MS Office activation requires phone activation which does not work.

I ordered a game from them and collected my key and tried to activate it on Steam but there was an error and Steam said the key is invalid. I got in touch with them but they have just asked me to attach screenshots showing that the key is invalid ignoring that I have already attached the screenshot multiple times. I contacted them at 9am this and after a few back and forth with their support staff over 5 hours and the issue still hasn't been resolved with no response or promise of an update. I was hesistant to order from them but decided to take the risk and I fully regret purchasing anything from them. Never again

My order was flagged for review in order to determine there isn't any fraud involved. The order page claimed it will take no more than a couple of hours for the transaction to go through. It took more than 30 hours for me to get my copy... Their customer service reps pretty much only told me to hang in there some more when I reached out to them. For the couple of dollars you're gonna save off of the retail price, it's not worth it. Just buy retail and activate your product hassle-free

I bought Xbox live, was given a key code that had already been redeemed. After several emails for a refund I have been constantly ignored. Do not use this company.

Sent me a code that would not work then saying I used it I could not use it even with the vpn they said I need to purchase to use it avoid at all costs

Ok fine I'll raise a ticket and get it sorted and get a quick initial response, promising. Have now been ignored since and ended up buying something else from another vendor. Will be raising a PayPal dispute tomorrow.

Best price out there for game keys. They work well and are a great way to games you want really cheap.

After emailing the support, I waited 2-3 days for a response, the CUSTOMER SUPPORT then emailed me back by saying "you should reach out to customer support so they can fix the issue." Weird because that's definitely what I did, and am STILL waiting on a response. Go through ANY other competitor website, this experience is unacceptable. 👎🏽👎🏽

I've been buying my digital games for a while now from CJS-CDKeys! I always check here before I go anywhere else! The service is unbelievable. It's so easy and fat delivery. I bought 4 titles today, VPN activated! I paid for the items and within 5min all 4 codes were delivered to me.

Turned my VPN on and set it to Argentina like it said in the guide and Boom! I know own another 4 titles!

I bought a vpn code as it was half price, and I don't feel bad making Bill Gates £3 poorer. Turns out that the accounts are region based so my vpn did nothing. So don't buy that unless you want a key you can't use.

After submitting a report to them, telling them that it doesn't work, I purchase another code for my region (take my money then Bill) which they then flag for fraud, which means I can't access it. Whilst I'm waiting, I get a reply from the "customer services team" who tell me my vpn must be to blame, so I ask them if nordvpn isn't a trustworthy vpn? And also ask them to look at my new order and give them the order number, hoping that speaking with me would show I'm not trying to defraud anyone with my £8 purchase.

I wait 2 hours and nothing. So I just went to the real cdkeys website and got a cheaper code and received it instantly.

If you buy a VPN code, they won't tell you the country it is for, and you'll have to go through 5 different countries. For me, non of them worked. I immediately contacted them, but no reply and a few days already went by.
