Maybe, after a week it is difficult to tell. Yet, when I have City Lips on, my lips LooK pretty darn good! In fact, I will go out of my home with just cear city lips and no color lipstick... that is huge since I have been wearing lipstick since I was 20...
I have tried numerous plumpers, lip sticks & glosses. BUT I've never had such a great non-drying experience as what I felt as soon as I used City Lips. I will be trying more colors and products.

City Lips is very moisturizing and unlike other lip moisturizers, it stays on all night and during the day. Upon application, I felt an almost burning sensation. That reaction has worn off. My lips do not look or feel any more plump. The best thing I could say about this product is that it moisturizes very well and has staying power.
City lips product is by far the most amazing lip moisturizer I've ever used, and I've tried lots of lip products... My lips stick goes on smooth without cracking lips, plus all the other benefits that this product offers AMAZING
I have been having problems with dryness, so far this product has made my lips very soft & supple. I did not buy this product for plumpness as that is a non issue for me. I am hoping with continued use (this is just my first tube) the vertical lines will be diminished. I am going to try the colored gloss!
I enjoy the way the gloss feels and adds gloss to any lipstick that I apply over the City Lips. However, I cannot tell that it does much at all for plumping.
Althought i rated excellent, the lipsticks didnt work on me, I chose colors that were too light and didnt look good on my lips. But i loved the creamness of it, and i wil try to get different color soon, maybe more redish than coral.

I have only been using the lip plumping product for a couple of weeks and have really notice a difference in my lips, so has my husband. Feels great on my lips no tingling or discomfort. I recommend this for anyone with thinning lips.

I will say that in the week and a half i have used it I like it but not sure I notice plumping. I do have one complaint as the same thing happened to me. I ordered 2 and another window popped up offering another one. I thought I was getting a variety of colors which I actually would have thought would be a way for you to get your product out there however that is not what happened. I received 3 tubes (all clear) and was charged full price. Was not happy about that.
I really like the shine that this product provides. But I don't notice a tingling sensation or any plumping of the lips.
