Do not use this service. We did and our dog died after suffering heatstroke due to TJ aka Tiara Royal or Tiara Alsaid negligence. She took 5 days to do a 2 day job and only kept in touch the first 2 days then disappeared until day 5. The photo is the screenshot is an old photo from the second day she had him. She sent it to me twice saying it was a diff photo of Scooby when it was infact just a duplicate. On day 5 She had us meet her at a nearby McDonald's where she left our dogs crate on the ground. He was dead, cold and decaying! She claimed he choked on something 30 min prior and she did cpr.Our vet said he'd been deceased for at least 2 days. Stay away from this company. Come to find out she is not authorized to transport, has outstanding warrants from TX and was using some other members account who she's aquatinted with to obtain jobs. This has been a nightmare. See screenshot below. That is her and her U-Haul as well as our convo on the last day.

Wow, what a breath of fresh air, a one stop shop, no more hunting, millions of calls, back and forth calls or waiting. This lists with a few easy clicks, (no joke!), immediate replies with quotes to your needs, you can reply, post pictures, be very accurate, research each business and read real reviews on each. They will have disallow with you, you can talk with a nanny via the app, (no need to give out your phone or email till you decide to choose one), then only to stay in touch with transporter and then only if you want. (As I was moving, it was just easier to stay in touch with cat courier),
But what ever you decide, you can see all your options both on your computer or by phone on their app. Get updated via email or text that there's a new option. Filigree favorites or de- select so that your focusing, making it easier to wittle down the choices. I'll only be using this in the future and have already toils several others including a moving company who needed this solution about this amazing option.
Just try it and see.
There's a few too use it, but it's reasonable. I was on a tight budget, but the headaches they saved Made it worth it

I needed to ship a kitten across the country, I posted my job and got offers with a wide variety of price ranges. I was able to find a shipper in my budget, that I trusted, and she got my kitten to his new home safe and happy! Great experience.

It was a great experience. I chose the ADL bid on a Friday and received my bike the next Wednesday. Communication was excellent.

This company does not cover damages IT causes. Instead of waiting for the transporter to deliver her animals, or procuring another driver to complete her route, it fired her
MID ROUTE (with animals on board) before she could even get to my cat. Then CitizenShipper told me to go on their site and pay yet ANOTHER driver with no guaranty it won't cancel that driver as well. They do not cover ANY costs that IT causes. My cat is still awaiting pickup! I can't afford to play this game. Bad

I'm so glad this exists. It opens up the possibility of getting a best in a different location, thus a lot more options. The shippers I've used have all been wonderful!

Basically, you detail your shipping locations and pet, and you'll receive quotes and messages from potential shippers. You can vet them via their reviews, and discuss the quotes/timing with them in the messages. If you're flexible, they can and often do adjust the quote.

After you book someone, you can discuss how their payment will work. Some shippers will take PayPal, Venmo, etc, while some may want alternative means. You can discuss this with them before booking too, of course. I chose to pay 1/2 up front, and the other half once delivered.

There's a fee to use the service - just a heads up, so maybe use that as leverage to get a better quote? Haha.

I'll definitely use CitizenShipper again in the future, and would recommend it to anyone needing transport for their doggo.

CitizenShipper was absolutely phenomenal! I found them through Google and boy howdy am I glad I did! I received multiple quotes within 20 minutes of posting that I needed help transporting my dog across 1,400 miles. It was very easy to communicate with multiple shippers about transporting my dog. The messaging platform is easy to use and the bids that come in are very easy to see and compare with one another. They also offer the ability to bookmark the quotes, so I was able to bookmark the quotes that were the cheapest and the ones I wanted to reach out to. I highly recommend CitizenShipper to anyone looking for these services. Was a grate service first time using and will fir sure use again person was so helpful and understanding and took care of all my needs with my dog

We used this website to find a shipper for our 8 week old pup. What I really liked is we had multiple offers/options to have pur puppy safely shipped to us. Our first driver had to back out due to a family emergency so we had to re list a search for a driver on a shorter notice and where still able to find someone to pick up and deliver on the dates we wanted. And the person we went with was very professional and delivered us our pup safely to us with no issues.

Travers Family Transport is affordable, friendly, reliable, and I recommend them hands down to transport your fur babies.

I have finished my booking of a Transport Driver for the safe transportation of my pet for her 2800 mile journey...

Instead of paying to fly and dealing with tempatures, Citizen Shipper was cheaper and we had the dog in the exact day and time that we wanted

If I could give zero stars I would! The drivers service and this company seemed to be so legit but turned out to be a scam! Jason's communication was lacking, once the money was sent nothing! I let him know once I sent it and he didn't respond or answer my phone calls! And then hit me with excuses about family emergencies but still never returned my call or money. He scammed me out of over $500. Worst experience every please do not book with these people or this site! And they will not refund my booking fee after they claim to do background checks on these drivers they really allow anyone with a license to sign up. It just makes me feel like you will be scammed out of money and your pet!
