This was my first time using citizenshipper. I was in a panic when the shipping companies I usually use could not ship my customer's puppy. I got a recommendation for citizenshipper and put all my faith and trust in this company that I had never used before. They did not disappoint! They were very professional, stayed in contact and responded to my requests for information promptly and consistently. They provided GPS tracking and updates, which was very reassuring because I had never used the company before. The driver showed up on time. Price was reasonable, payment terms were fair and multiple payment options made the financial transaction effortless. My customer received a healthy, happy puppy and was very pleased. I will used them again and highly recommend.

If you are anything like me &' are skeptical about people scamming or caring for your fur babies. DONT be they are very trusting &' take the best care of getting you the right quotes. &' also my puppies were well token care of &' got here on time (:

Everything went great. The ONLY thing that was not EXACTLY as promised is they got Koda here earlier than promised. Great communication on the trip. Koda arrived rested and excited. He obviously had a good trip. These guys were on the high end of the price quite. I can see why. I did not want Koda shipped in a van with a bunch of other animals and treated like cargo. I got what I wanted, and did not get what I did not want.

I was able to get a good deal on shipping some furniture in a relatively short time. The transporter showed up in a clean moving box truck, my items were well protected and they were very prompt and professional.

When I read about how it works to ship your dog on an airplane, I realized this would be terrible for our pet, but I was unfamiliar with the alternatives. A search on the web led me to citizenshipper and once I submitted the specifics of our need, not only was I referred to a number of potential carriers (about six), but I was able to correspond which each of them to determine who could serve us best for the appropriate cost. The site also had helpful articles and videos about how to prepare our dog and how to make the choice that is best for you and your dog. We live on a rural farm, and so it was great to discover that there was good and competitive service for us with very trusted and pleasant folks.

I'm a corgi breeder so I ship at least 10 times a year, I've found some amazing shippers on this site. I have never once had a bad shipper, just be sure to go your research and read reviews.

I was trying to get a puppy from Atlanta to Phoenix via Cargo flight but was having difficulty due to high temperatures so I decided to look into animal transport. I loved how easy it was to enter the puppy's location and my location and receive quotes from people all over the country. I was glad to be able to see all of the driver's ratings and their background checks. I thought I'd have to do ground transport (over several days), but a lovely women named Brandi (Pups-on-a-plane.com) gave me a reasonable quote to fly in-cabin with my puppy and receive him in 1 day! Sold!

I chose a shipper from CitizenShipper and was very pleased with the result. The shipper I chose was exceptionally responsive and his communication was outstanding. I was a bit surprised by the CitizenShipper fee and was not happy about that, but the end result was worth the shipping fee and the CitizenShipper fee. Overall, a very positive experience. The shipper was You Call We Haul, which I would highly recommend.

We chose Terri T company to do our transporting and this is our review for how they did.
The pickup driver was friendly and knowledgeable about when our puppy would get to her new home and if I texted she was right back in communication with me and crates were clean and our puppy was delivered in a timely manner and still clean from pickup at our home. We will use them again for shipping and recommend to others also.
We had several bids from citizenship.com anywhere from 300 - 1400 for delivery to the same house and their was a booking fee just to use Citizenship.com to get to a driver for transport. I think it would of been nice to know upfront that their is a fee for booking and a different fee for the actual transporting of the puppy. I ended up having to ask all my questions to Terri T. To see how to go about trying to get my new puppy to her new owners and she answered everything I needed to know to get the job done. Definitely recommend her and her company. We do have a regular transporter company that we use but with the planes not transporting animals because of the heat he got backed up on the west coast and it was 2 weeks of no answers or communication before he said he couldn't do the job so I had to look for a new transporter and I will continue to use her as my full time shipper for puppies.

Was nice to be able to get so many quotes (20+) from one source to transport our 8-wk-old puppy. Only complaint was that the fees seemed quite high for the service effort required (ca. $92, which was in addition to the charges paid to the driver). These charges increase greatly with the quote amount, which doesn't seem completely reasonable within the price range. Too much volatility. Don't know why the fee is so dependent on the quote being booked (after all, no more effort from CitizenShipper is required to book a $400 transport vs. a $2500 transport. Furthermore, when I first tried to book a driver, the fee was $82 but the charge wouldn't go through for some reason (even though my cc info was correct). When I resubmitted my booking request, the fee had been raised to $92. Seems like the charges applicable when my RFQ was first submitted should have been honored.

The initial fee was weird bc it's was abt 150 booking fee and 400 to the person but the rest was good.
