I placed an order over 2 month's ago for a pair of sandals they immediately charged me for the order but still hasn't been shipped. I sent numerous emails and their response it to be patient.
I too ordered a pair of sandals on June 11 and still have nit received them. I tried to cancel order after waiting for such a long time, and then they send me an email saying that orders can only be cancelled within 24hrs of ordering. They do not tell you when ordering that it will take over a month or more to receive your order. I sent several message to this COMPANY' and all I got were automated messages saying that some orders were on back order due to an overwhelming response, what a bunch of lies. I received a message only after trying to cancel saying that they have good news, my order has been shipped and it will take 15-30 days to receive it. Time will tell what and if I get anything. I too contacted PayPal but no decision on my claim yet. Buyer beware of this COMPANY'
Sandals not arrived nearly 2 months later, fobbed off with automated response, then they have the cheek to rate their response.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. I did report to PayPal.
Unfortunately I am the same as everyone. They got me on FB, I ordered the sandals in early June but they did not ship but took my money. Anyone have any luck?

I ordered these back on June 4th and it is now the end of July and no sandals. I received an empty envelope in the mail from them today. I see from reviews I was scammed. I am going to see if there is a way to recoup my money. Will also file a report with the Better Business Bureau and I suggest anyone else who has been scammed by them do the same.
Ordered some sandals from this company. It is a scam. Six weeks later, still being being fobbed off with 7 to 9 days. These sandals don't exist. Do not order from them
I ordered Sandals two weeks ago. They charged my card for them but no shoes! Think I will call credit card co. And dispute charge. I never noticed a tracking number on my e-mail confirmation letter. Tried to send a message to them but don't have tracking # so disappointed in this company.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They are the worst. No phone # no way to check your order. Same computer generated reply to EVERY email. Even their live chat is computer generated non replies. They say they have shipped my item but it is apparently flying around in the air somewhere for going on 7 days now. STAY AWAY!
Ordered sandals 06June19, never received receipt or order number etc (only daily emails offering goods to purchase). Three weeks later when order still not delivered I emailed company with proof of payment they told me it wasn't them, and to check who I had ordered from. I have reported to AMEX and PayPal. I consider them a scam.
They will not ship your order and keep telling you that because of volume they are behind. It has been weeks and I have all the emails where I have asked for my money back to no avail. They just keep giving me the same computer generated answer. They will not refund your money. I have had to report them to Visa to go after them for a my refund.
