This is a totally fraudulent company. Never received product and now they post that THEY were scammed, and have gone out of business. No way to reach them... Have filed with Better Business Bureau - but no result. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR their parent companyTrending Ecom.
I honestly think everyone should end up in prison for life because you are the biggest fraudsters and thieves. A few months ago i ordered and paid for sandals that you advertise on daily basis and it has never arrived. Since then to my questions you give stupid answers and ask for some more patience, but you do not want to refund my money. Shame on you.

Been waiting since early June for Sandals but nothing except a empty envelope, Need my payment returned or the shoes now,
Every time you email them, they give you all these excuses about it coming from China & that this merchandise is so popular that they're having a hard time keeping up with the orders. I asked that my order be cancelled & asked for a refund. Their response, it's already been ordered & since it at a discounted price, they don't give refunds. Now my next step is to call my credit card company & have them reversed the charges. That's what everyone should do too.
Oder #******* placed June 15, no merchandise yet. You charged my credit card June 20. You are a bunch of thieves and I intend on reporting you. All I received was an empty envelope!

Va a hacer 3 meses que les solicite unas sandalias, todavía no las he recibido, pero ellos se cobraron el importe enseguida. He cancelado en 40 ocasiones, algunas no he recibido respuesta y en otras no hacen más que pedir disculpas y decir que están desbordados. Yo no les reclamo las sandalias, solo quiero la devolución de mi dinero.
Siguiendo su política de devolución, cancelé el pedido antes de 48 horas de su supuesto envío.
Acabo de recibir un correo diciéndome que no insista, que los nuevo clientes van delante y que por enviar tantos correos, mi solicitud pasa a la última de la lista!. En la P. D. Dicen que no seamos groseros con las personas que atienden nuestros mensajes, que son serás humanos... no sé que debemos ser los clientes!

Ordered and paid by visa credit, did not receive my order, 3 months gone by, no satisfactory response to my emails, same bull$#*! about product being so popular, run out of stock, awaiting shipment from supplier, etc etc.
Never buy from them. Ordered in May and didn't receive. Thay gave the fake tracking number which doesn't say anything about the order.
Ordered on 07 June. At today's date (08 August) I have still not received what I paid for.

Ordered sandals from them in June to this date have not received sandals. Asked for my money back No response! DO NOT buy from this so called company they are super scammers! Going to report this to the Better Business Bureau and have my lawyer look into it! People like this need to be put Away!
Scammers ordered sandals 1st June having repeatedly ask for refund or the item I purchased to no avail reported this company to trading standards but because they are American don't think I will have any success... must stress don't BUY from this company!
Ordered two pairs of shoes over two months ago still not received them and have asked for my money back countless times and only get a automated reply, have reported to FB but as usual nothing is don't. Don't touch this company.
Almost two month not receiving my order and they kept telling me that due to many orders received we will not be able to commit to the shipment time line provided while you are purchasing the product.

I ordered a pair of sandals June 3rd, received email saying ordered received and they were getting my product ready to ship. 2 weeks later I inquired regards my order, was told in an email they were short the product, then a few days later I get an email saying they shipped my order, I received a tracking number, what they sent me was a flat plastic mailing envelope with the shipping label and tracking number, envelope was empty no sandals, now after filing a dispute with Pay Pal, they sent 3 emails with the tracking number telling me they shipped my order. Just a scam!
Same as everyone else. I'm most annoyed that facebook has made money from this company using their platform to scam their uses... us As far as I can see Facebook has enabled, supported and given them access to my information to help them scam me through there advertising... which the company pays for. Shame on Facebook for supporting fake companies to make money from its uses illegally.
Wish I had read the reviews first. Seems like not many people actually get their item. I did, a pair of sandals, but could not get my feet in them. I do not have wide feet! Contacted them, to be told sale items not refundable. After a few emails, said, to return and then a refund. Spend £9sending them back, now no answers to any of my daily emails. Very disappointing.
