Wish I had read all the reviews before I had ordered! Still waiting on product. Got a ParcelApp tracking number. Item shipped from Laos received in US on July 16th. US Postal Service delivered a flat shipping envelope with address label. Took picture and sent another email to CiCi threads indicating nothing received. Parcel App message says "no longer tracking". So, now I'm going to protest charge through bank.
On 9th June I made a purchase from Cici threads for a pair of sandals costing USD23.99. On 5th July I received a tracking number which, when checked advised invalid tracking no or package not received. When I contacted Cici threads they advised that they were too busy to send them, but they'd already advised a fake tracking number. I've contacted PayPal but have had no joy there either. The replies are computer generated even though I've sent many files showing the history. DON'T BUY FROM CICI THREADS, IT'S A SCAM.

Som så många andra har jag beställt sandaler och över två månader senare kommer ett tomt kuvert... Passa er och gynna inte dessa bedragare! Förbannad blir man, mest över att inte kollat recensionerna i förväg för då hade det inte blivit någon beställning. Dessutom 77 kr till PostNord för att få mitt "paket" som alltså var ett tomt kuvert...?
Received the empty package too - 7 weeks after ordering. I had asked for a refund too.
PayPal slow to act on this and it is obviously not the first time that they have dealt with claims regarding these scammers!

Ordered shoes over 10 weeks ago. They took payment at the end of June. Today I received a flat package with a small star in it still no shoes. Absolute scam. Do NOT order. Thankfully paid by credit card so have set up a dispute.

SCAM! Ordered shoes on 6-5-19. It's the end of July, and all I have is promises - and one empty plastic envelope. They were "surprised" by the interest in the product and that's why it's taken so long. Glad to know I'm not alone. I filed a complaint with Pay Pal after getting no information about my shoes.

Ordered a pair of sandals almost 3 months ago. Over a month ago I finally got an email with a tracking number and shipping information. I just checked the tracking info and it's not saying anything about where my order is, just that it was shipped from Laos and arrived at the country of destination which is also Laos (mind you I live in the US). So yeah. Have no idea if these sandals will ever get here.

I placed an order and after 30 days they still have not shown up. Kept contacting the company all you get is the computer generated response. They keep telling you lies and never ship the items you ordered. I asked for a refund and they responded no just wait for your item.
