Did a dispute on transaction and I was was denied. So I lost my social security money $500.00 chime and cardtronics not taking responsibility ATM was broken didn't get my money it was debit from my account. And those people not reverseing my money

When; I 1st got my chime 2 years ago it was good! But Now! They suck! I've for 6 months emailed called did EVERYTHING to get my # change! I couldn't even get into my account? Like what! Now I call about a refund for $100 from Kroger's 2 weeks ago even had a reference # from Kroger's & got put on hold to be transferred 4 times& to explain everything again! By this time,I'm pissed! No one speaks English anymore!
I just wish That someone will help me understand why after two years I cannot get an account with chime. You guys have totally turned me down time and time again 4 times in the past 2 years. And I think you guys are judgmental and you suck big time. I hear great things about you. However, I cannot get a card from you guys so with that being said to those that have one good for you, and to those of us that are suffering and need a chime account but can't get 1. I feel for us because chime should at least give someone a chance to prove yourself. Worthy or not. But you have yet to do that with me. And for that I despise you.
I have had and been using time for my direct deposit every month. My spot me has never changed from $20 even though the commercial says you can get up to $200. Like I say it's been over a year that I've been using this card and now that it's about time that my spot me goes up they deactivate my spot me saying that the deposit needs to be over $200 once a month and it is this card and bank is very disappointing and would not recommend to anybody!
They have no problem taking a $207 withdrawal for my settlement paycheck after 3 months of me not working. It went from saying my account was -207 to I was at 0 no negative balance. So I thought it got taken care of! Then all of a sudden I get a direct deposit last night and I wake up to chime taking the 207 off my card! Called to get a refund and like always they never can make anything right! I will NEVER bank with this company ever again! And I am never going to recommend this company to anyone every again! False advertising like always ummm like a $200 overdraft have been with chime for over 4 years now even with my direct deposits it's still $20! I'm done if they could have made it right cool! But they do this shady business all the time and I am not dealing with it anymore!
It's all cheap exported service,lost 413 to em as a scammer left there number on there site,I called to have it stopped and returned and were like sucks for you,so I'm out that. They don't care about there customers since was sold to T-Mobile and use there cheap T-Mobile india based call centers,be switching immediately. Was ok before the sell
Since January 1st I've been in contact with time everyday concerning my account and the dispute team and The resolution teams it's me that bunch of clowns because they never get nothing resolved and they're always denying something every dispute I've ever filed with him they denied except for one the disputes I have pending with them right now stride back had to tell him that something's wrong with my account because they didn't investigation into my account and I'm going to keep on refiling each dispute they deny as I told them they're going to give me all my money back
Chime I don't really know where to begin it with them because they're dispute team and their other teams that are behind the closed doors are garbage you can have all the proof in the world when you follow dispute with them and they still are going to deny it I've had an open battle with these people and actually I'm probably going to end up soon to get my just to get my money back because they stressed me out I had them denied at dispute at the very same day that I filled it
Don't use the credit card builder it is a fraud. I put money on my card then I'm told I'm 220$ negative how I asked no explanation. You can't over draft over a limit my was way over and didn't show on my account a scam. Time for me to find a new bank. 🤔😲😫💔
My daughter gets her checked deposit on this card every week and her check just got deposited and chime closed the account.no one will answer phone
Chime sent out new card which was not requested. Now they have my fiance's money and will not turn it a loose to her card. They wonder why our attorney is on their tails. Chime has cheated me out of money as well on several occasions.
I was scammed out of almost 3k by a Chime employee... Chime continues to deny my claim even after proof was given. DON'T PUT LARGE AMOUNTS OF MONEY IN A CHIME ACCOUNT! You've been warned!
I lost $327.00 using chime and I called their regular customer servicenumber it had to be one of their employees even though they stated adamantly that it could not be possible, I'm moving my direct deposit out and stay in the hell away from these fly by technology companies that offer financial services they are not Banks, don't make the mistake I did here it is Christmas and I'm screwed!
As a business Chime should be pro- active in protecting their online presence by assigning a dept to monitor the scam ads and taking steps.
I have had chime for 2 years never had an issue. Then my credit said chime was reporting 21.00 negative. Decreased my account by 4 points. I called got hung up on 3 times. 4th time I repeated how much was in my account. Got laughed at was told I should have 1000s in my account. Then the guy said would you $#*! me. I thought it was a mistake since he was not American. I asked him to repeat himself and he said would you $#*! me. I said do you know what you just said he told me he was serious and would add money to my account if I did. I flupped out. Now when I call it says the forwarding mailbox is full. All 4 times it was the same guy just different name.
I just love Chime for all my banking needs. No fees except out of network ATMs. Love you chime thanks for a better banking experience
Very bad, I highly discourage anyone to open an account with Chime. I set up a direct deposit with them and it's being late! I have not gotten my money. I have called multiple times and they useless. Very very very bad service. It's a SCAM!
Stay away from this company they are the worst people to deal with. They tried scamming me out of a fraud holding my funds and not release my funds. When they did they closed my account. Stay away they are impossible to get a hold of a live agent. There not worth the hassle and headaches.
I received a text message from the bank asking me if I had attempted a 903.00 purchase from Walmart. I responded, "NO". They advised me that my card had been restricted and that a representative would be contacting me shortly. I then received a phone call from the bank advising me that my account had been hacked and they would be moving all of my money to a new account. They put me on hold and never came back to the phone. I hung up the phone and called the bank back. They advised me that this was not them calling me and wasn't sure how the person who called me had gotten access to my account, but they had "tricked" me. I provided proof of the transaction being initiated by the other party as well as the multiple calls that I received from Chime and filed a dispute. My dispute has been denied three times. I am starting to believe that maybe Chime has something to do with it because I don't understand why they wouldn't approve a dispute that I have shown proof of it not being an authorized transaction. I am fighting to get my money back and they are not trying to assist me at all. I have been with this bank for 8 years and they treat their loyal customers like scum.
Do not do business with this company! They let a scammer change my name to somebody else, and then they would not send me my money, but they sent it to the scammer! They are so ridiculous. Why would they do that? I'm glad my other bank account was not connected to this one. And my name is not Arriel Stewart! And yes I took the survey! They are so dumb!
Answer: Yep! Same here. My entire paycheck was drained, then I filed a dispute and they closed it within hours, denying me of course. Next they decided to close my account out of nowhere, I'm sure bc I wouldn't stop trying to get my money back. I'll be taking this to a lawyer.
