I recently ordered 12 items from the Children's Place and did not receive them as the package they were shipped in had an incomplete address. Both Canada Post and The Children's Place told me that the other party would need to assist me with this issue. I requested that the Children's Place re-send me the purchased items as I used a 25% off coupon and the items were purchased at a discounted price that is no longer available. The only option offered was to receive a refund after 7-10 business days (for processing the return) + 3-5 business days (for processing my refund) and was told I'd need to re-order all items at the current cost on the website. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the horrible customer service provided by The Children's Place and will not be ordering from them again.
If I could give a ZERO rating, I would! Received notice that package would be delivered on 11/16/21 - didn't come. Tracked through text, then showed delivery on 11/18/21 - didn't come. Then showed delivery 11/19/21 - didn't come. Tracking app showed no estimated delivery date through the weekend, then morning of 11/22/21, showed delivery to be that day - didn't come. Tracking app now again shows no estimated delivery date. Called customer service and representative only kept repeating that deliveries take 10 - 13 days, excluding weekends. So why keep presenting estimated dates of anything earlier?!
Also received a message on the 19th, hoping that I was enjoying my items! I NEVER received them! (Order was over $130 of merchandise)
This purchase was for my Grandson's birthday... Should have arrived in time, but didn't. I am beyond frustrated and upset - very angry! And now, wondering if my order will ever come since no tracking information listed anymore and customer service didn't seem to be any help at all!
No matter how much I like their products, I will never order again, or recommend Children's Place to anyone!
I placed an order on Nov 5th was emailed my order would arrive Nov 8th, no order then I was informed my order would arrive by 11/10th still no order. I contacted your office and was given a nonchalant email that it takes 10 business I replied back and have yet to receive a response.
Don't get a card with this company I was almost done paying my bil I had $29 left they added a late fee to my bill for $29 said I was 1minute late paying my bill on the due date it was due on the 20 and I paid it on the 20 they never gave a time never said you have until 6pm on the date it's due where is the grace period don't do it there monthly payments are high

Terrible service and poor quality everything. Orders always late and they don't notify about anything late or any changes. Also don't cover return shipping for messed up orders. When trying to figure things out with customer service they will just cut you off and end the chat or hang up on you.
I ordered one item from the online store. No problem, the shipping info said I would receive the item on Tuesday. This is fine since we ordered on the Friday before. I checked with the shipper and they still have not received the package (today is Thursday). I called customer service and they have no idea where my package is. She said it's still in the warehouse but cant be sure since the warehouse is not at her location. Also, she said i cant do anything till the 10 working days is up. Nothing on the site mentions this or I would have not ordered from here. So now I have to wait till the 25th to call back to see where the package is. This will be 13 business days. Honestly I would not of cared if in the checkout process would have told me this info but they stick to the 2 day shipping until they get your order. Not cool. Christmas is right around the corner and I can only imagine all the mad people calling to see where their stuff is. I glad I only have to go out and purchase a birthday gift since the item will not make it. If I had to replace all my Chirstmas gifts it would suck. BUYER BEWARE - YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE WHEN THEY SAY YOU ARE GOING TO. Poor customer service having to deal with all those mad customers.
I placed a 22 item order that was split into 4 different orders on the 5th of October and to date I have received 4 pieces. That do not even match, My daughter has picture day coming up at school and we have NOTHING to wear thanks to the lies told by this company in reference to delivery date. Customer Service could care less and I have made several calls concerned about my order and they could absolutely care less. If I can not grab it from the store I will never order from this place again. Thank you for ruining my daughters Pre-K Picture Day :(
I haven't received my purchase, that they marked as delivered. They won't even reply to any emails. Was on hold fo over an hour to find out that they won't do anything, no refund, exchange or anything, you deal with shipping company, they won't get involved.
I have 5 boys and one daughter ranging from 25 to 7 I have always shopped at children's place for my kids clothes. However in the last couple year the quality of the clothes have gone to crop. Walmart jeans are better and that's bad. I will not continue to shop here and buy over priced garbage. Good bye children's place
Children's Place has been fabulous in the past except if you ever want to return anything-not possible. Their customer service is completely worthless. Our package of $80 did not arrive even though it was marked as if it did. Customer service basically said too bad. They are not doing a darn thing to refund or replace or help us track down our order. Not to mention this particular order included holiday clothes that are now going to be out of stock. Not happy with their lack of caring about their customers. No longer shopping here. :(
3 weeks after not getting my order I checked online to track it where it said damaged during delivery and sent back to sender. TCP did not even contact me to let me know this happened. I had to contact them and when I did they said I would have to create a new order and wait 2 more weeks for delivery. I asked if expedited shipping was possible since this takes us to 5 weeks post order and was told no. I have consistently ordered from this company online for 7 years but I will never spend another cent at this store again.

Their online ordering is garbage. No way to cancel an order and can only return it if you receive it - even if they mail it to the incorrect address.
I have had 3 online orders that were total disasters. Slow shipping close to a month to arrive, one large order canceled without any notice at all and weeks before Christmas, and one lost in transmission that was marked shipped but never dropped to the shipping center. Customer service is a total nightmare to work with. You will receive an automated response if you enquirer about your order and nothing else (5 days later) good luck getting your money back you are going to need it. I do not recommend shopping at this store if you would like to receive your orders.
Went to Coral Springs mall and dealt this a Leslie who was the "manager".
The most disgusting display of a person! She was rude, bitter, and not happy. Corporate should really assess who they have "managing".
She was nasty and rude and willing to help with anything! She should be re-educated on why a managerial role is.
I placed an order and didn't receive it and every time I try and contact customer service I'm pretty much ignored and when I do get a hold of them get them to do an investigation with courier they do that and tell me it's gonna be 7 to 14 days to complete the investigation and it's now been over a month I tried contacting Canada post myself and they actually gave me $#*! for it
I usually always get my orders from them and I've ordered about 5 times from their website. However, this time I wasn't so lucky. There was some heavy rain in Michigan while my package was out for delivery. They marked it delivered when it wasn't. They never came to my home that day. Here we are five days later and still no package.
My order was shipped UPS surepost. Guess what? UPS is playing serious games about they won't allow me to open a claim. I have to go through USPS. USPS says the won't take my UPS tracking number. UPS won't give me an USPS tracking number. I'm so fed up I've contacted paypal at this point.
Children's place aren't answering emails/facebook messaging and their call center is outsourced to INDIA they aren't helpful at all. I will never and I mean never do business with them again.

2 online orders were never delivered. They were lost in transit. Children's place refuses to refund my money even though they can clearly see they were lost. Will never order from or purchase from again. Customer service sucks and won't help.
