Order mixed up

I placed a order online got a confirmation email then I got another stating order had been canceled then I got an email order was shipped I had 2 different order numbers one said canceled one said shipped. Well order was delivered BUT it was someone else's with my address on one side and on other a different address label. But my pay pal which I will cancel! Called customer service needless to say they did not speak english! So who know where my order went to NEVER NEVER will i order for the online site ever again! Rate should - stars!

I made a $566 order for boys clothing on the Childrensplalce.com,.My debit card was charged. The order was received. And then a day later their "system" canceled my order of 55 boys items that I needed for him to have clothing for school. The phone representative said it is their ordering security system which cancels the order. But yet my card was charged, and now I have to wait for my bank to dispute the charge which can take up to 3 months for a refund.
Great job (sarcasm). I just made a purchase the day before for $688 fory daughter with no problem. I will Not be ordering anything else online. I will just have to go in the mall which is probably a good thing so I can spend less.

Very upset

I placed an order they said it was delivered on Sunday no item was found then I called up the delivery service that they use and they said it was delivered to the front of the building and I don't live at the front of the building so where is my items and then they make it so hard for you to get your money back or to get a replacement I will never ever order from that place again as soon as I pay the bill off I'm getting rid of it it's not worth it.

Very very very pathetic customer service. They sure do not know how to take care of their customers specially you are their long time customer. Can't not even help you or try to hear you out even though it's their fault. Can't even combine coupons that you have your rewards and percentage coupons. So what's the point of having rewards if you can't use it.

The Children's Place is a rip off. Shopping in store is okay and let's not mention the ridiculous prices for clothes that shrinks! Don't ever order online! They say the package is delivered and you never receive it! Customer service will only say they can't do anything about it and they can't give a refund that's its company policy! So that's a lot of money down the drain! The ceo director is also very snobby!

I ordered Christmas pjs for my kids. They used some random shipping company that said they were delivered, but they were not. I was told I needed to contact the shipping company. What?!? How is this my problem? Shipping company said it was delivered so there is nothing they can do. I called childrens place and they said there is nothing they can do and I would have to dispute it on my credit card. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! If it was Amazon, I would have had a replacement sent out right away or instantly refunded. I will never order from children's place again.

If I could give no stars I wouldn't give anything. I ordered a large amount of clothes for Christmas for my granddaughters. I never got my order. I talked to several people with my childrens place and they said there was nothing they could do. So I will never order from them again. This is insane I pay for stuff I don't get and they keep my money.

I have to say this was the worst experience I have ever had. Not helpful at all. They are reading from a script. Very robotic and not concerned with customer satisfaction. The supervisor was actually sighing at me. This is what happens when you outsource service. Will never shop at Children's Place again!

Didn't receive email.

Children place never sent email for my second package for date of delivery and i never got it.The company Lasership which children place use for delivery service sent email that they delivered but never delivered the package. That was my great grand children clothes for xmas.I blame children place because they know Lasership it's not a good company check there reviews.

Length Issue

I've come to realise that Children's Place only cater to a certain height. To get the desired length you have to get a bigger size and that should never be. Not every child is the same height. You have tall children out there and they have to rememeber that. I recentlypurchased a jeans for my 10 year old son and I'm not pleased with it at all. It was the right size but the length was horrible. Fitted him like a capri and it was supposed to be a straight slim fit jeans. He looked ridiculous. Will never order long jeans again from here.

Not even worth a star!

This is now my second feedback! I place my first order online and when checking out, delivery said Saturday, Nov. 12! Then I get an email from the children's place that it was now arriving Monday, Nov. 14. Did the online chat and it was horrible! They did absolutely nothing! So, Monday came and went and still no package. Then get an email saying delivery by Tuesday, Nov 15! Still nothing. Called the customer service number this time and spoke to Andrea, told her what was happening, she put me on hold for over 5 mins, came back and said we can't do anything sorry! WTH?! How can you still be in business?! I will never shop here again and have told everyone I know that would even think about shopping here, DO NOT! I guess my first mistake was not reading the previous reviews left!

The management at the Coral Springs location doesn't care about customer satisfaction. I was disappointed how the store is ran and the customer service was subpar overall. If I shop at this store again it will not be in Coral Springs.

Probably one of the worst customer service I've ever come across. They are literally NON-EXISTENT. Their chat is never available and if you email, you won't hear back. If you try calling, you'll be waiting and waiting for ours due to high volume of calls. Don't buy from this place online otherwise you will end up issues if you do have a problem with an order. You won't be refunded, and the problem will not be fixed. You'll be out of your money with a faulty item.

They use UPS as the shipping carrier. I placed an order on 10/5.
On 10/17, I contacted UPS as the delivery status of my order had not updated. UPS confirmed my order was lost and the rep advised: We have an agreement with the sender that when a UPS Surepost package encounters any issue, they would need to be involved for further resolution."

After being advised by UPS to contact Children's Place, I did. After 15min on hold, a rep for Children's Place answered and told me that although my package had been verified as lost, CP would not begin to process my refund until 10 business days had passed. (We are currently at 9 business days...) I asked why I needed to wait an additional 24 hours since the package has already been confirmed as lost, but was told simply it is company policy.

So now, I have to waste more time calling and sitting on hold again just to begin the refund process. This company has turned into a total joke. I agree with others that there is little to no chance your order will arrive so save your money and shop elsewhere!

The Children's Place has gone down hill significantly in the past few years. The boys cargos pants are NEVER in stock anymore and dont get me started on the AWFUL packages they offer on pants and shirts. I miss the days when I didn't have to buy a package of 3 or 4 shirts when I only really wanted ONE of the shirts. No one is interested in the crappy package bundles they offer. It's just a greedy ploy to get people to spend more money for items they don't want or need. Very sad they used to be a great place to shop but they just plain suck now.

Waste of time
August 22, 2022

I spent $274 on school clothes for my son. I live an hour away. When I got home I realized the particular pajama set I'd bought, was missing the bottom. I immediately called and explained and she said she only had a size 4 but she would put aside the pants and I could pick them up Sunday. So we drove all the way back, where the same girl from the phone told me she only sold them in sets and I would have to return the top in order to get a whole new set. I wish she had mentioned it over the phone so I wouldn't have waited an hour. She was not apologize in the least. I don't even have words right now..
